Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La vista al mar espectacular en la habitación
Falta mejorar el sector donde esta la piscina.. Esta muy descuidado y poca mantencion.. Y también el desayuno del día lunes.. Nos tocó comida añeja
En general está bien ubicado, limpio y buena aislación del ruido
Que la piscina temperada no pueda ser usada por menores de 18 años. Creo que uno como adulto debería firmar un consentimiento para hacerse responsable de los niños pero no prohibir el uso de la piscina. Me enteré al llegar allá, debido a que no estaba muy visible la información por medio debido la página. Justamente elegimos ese hotel por la piscina, era el regalo debido cumpleaños de mi hijo y no pudo usarla. Además la supervisora nos atendió, pero no bajó a darnos la respuesta formal, que es lo que uno espera sino que le dijo a la encargada del Spa que nos informara, siendo que nosotros le hicimos el reclamo a ella. Creo que se llamaba Blanca Castro.

El lavamanos estaba tapado al llegar y no había jabón.
lo lindo del hotel, la vista y hubicacion de las habitacion.. todas con vista al mar. la limpieza. la atencion.
tambien me gusto que me ayudaran con el transporte del avion al hotel.. con un dato confiable...
lo unico que no me gusto fue que no puedes servirte once (sandwich con te despues de las 19:00 o 20:00 hrs. ) en el restorant. yo fui con mi papa y el no cena de noche... ademas nos fueron a visitar unos familiares y no queriamos cenar solo tomar once y no se puedo.
si hicieron la excepcion con mi papa por ser mayor de edad.. y se agradece mucho. la noche siguiente lo hicimos en la habitacion pero no es tan comodo comer ahi.
y tambien fe afecto, pero no tanto... la poca variedad de platos... pero se entiende el porque. igual es hermoso y vovleria mil veces
la musica de fonto, era muy buena, especial en la noche mientras no tomabamos un tragito.

La verdad es que nos gustó absolutamente todo, especialmente la amabilidad del staff. Nuestra habitación tenía un buen tamaño y silenciosa, tal como queríamos.

Voy a este hotel hace más de 10 años aun lo sigo encontrando bueno pero creo que deberían ir renovado algunas cosas lo mejor para mi es el desayuno y la intensidad qué tiene la ducha
Deberían renovar las sillas de los escritorios están todas oxidadas las batas son cortas y pequeñas y viejas invertir en una empresa que se encargue del aroma en las habitaciones y limpiar la playa cuando la marea suba ya que trae mucha basura y no se ve bien además volver a abrir la entrada hacia el mall
