LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La vista es increíble
Nuestra estadía no fue del todo satisfactoria, principalmente debido a algunos problemas relacionados con la limpieza y el mantenimiento del hotel.
Al ingresar a la primera habitación, nos encontramos con que no estaba adecuadamente limpia. El piso del baño estaba completamente manchado con barro, había polvo en los veladores y en el teléfono, y el sillón se encontraba rajado. Además, la terraza estaba en muy malas condiciones de limpieza.
Posteriormente, nos cambiaron a otra habitación, pero tuvimos inconvenientes con la llave, ya que no funcionaba correctamente. Esto nos obligó a subir y bajar en cuatro ocasiones, lo que resultó bastante incómodo.
También nos llamó la atención que el servicio de aseo no solucionara adecuadamente la limpieza del piso del baño. En general, consideramos que el servicio de limpieza necesita una mejora importante.
Creemos que sería importante prestar mayor atención a la mantención general del hotel y, especialmente, a la limpieza de las habitaciones, baños, pasillos, ventanas y otros espacios comunes. Con una mejor mantención y limpieza, la experiencia de los huéspedes podría ser mucho más agradable.
Agradecemos la atención recibida y esperamos que estos comentarios sean considerados como una oportunidad de mejora.

Dommage que les suites familiales soient équipées de 2lits de 140 cm. Un lit queen size pour les parents serait appréciable
La piscine intérieure chauffée est interdite aux enfants
La piscine extérieure est ouverte toute l’année mais n’est pas chauffée en hiver. C’est le paradis des vautours et des mouettes qui viennent boire dedans.
La plage en contrebas de l’hôtel n’est pas accessible et n’est pas nettoyée

Mal staff, al ser una mujer joven sentía que a donde fuera una empleada del hotel me estaba tratando como una delincuente o niña que necesitaba corrección en las cosas más innecesarias. Incluso me trataron mal por pedir una bata al salir del spa, diciéndome que me estaban haciendo un favor y que tengo que ponérmela en ese mismo momento, a pesar de que había pedido la bata era para más tarde. Además la piscina del spa estaba llena de musgo verde y sucia. No era muy higiénico.

Excelente desayuno , piscina termal y cena , la atención muy bien por ser primera vez de estar el hotel fue una experiencia muy linda y un cambio de lugar aunque somos de Antofagasta fue un regalo q nos hizo nuestro por cumplir 18 años de una relación♥️
