Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Mucho ruido nocturno en el entorno y que no había bolsitas de Té en la habitación como en todos los hoteles, solo café que No tomamos y note que no hay mucho control en la entrada al hotel.

solicite cuna con anticipacion y cuando llegue no habia disponibilidad, al siguiente dia, se habian comprometido a tenerme cuna y al finalizar el dia la niña del meson me dijo que averiguaría si habian disponible pero al parecer no habian, lo hizo con muy poca solicitu de solucionar mi problema, tuve que insistir mas de una vez para que preguntara la disponibilidad

No me gustó el cobro de garantía, no me gustó que llegamos a las 10:20 a tomar desayuno y lo primero que nos dicen es que las cosas están en el mesón hasta las 10:30 y de ahí retiran todo, que mientras estábamos tomando desayuno, nos empezaron a sacar las cosas de la mesa, habiendo otras desocupadas que podían limpiar sin importunarnos, no me gustó la ducha, se salía toda el agua, en la noche hubo mucho ruido porque había un evento por lo tanto, se escuchaba el ruido de la música y no pude descansar bien. Se escuchaba gente riendo en los pasillos. No fue una buena experiencia.
