LOCAL TAX LAW

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La situation et le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Très grande chambre magnifique, moderne et avec une vue du 14 eme étage exceptionnelle sur l’océan et le port la fenêtre est une unique très grande baie vitrée vertigineuse
Grand confort Bar et restaurant qui donnent sur le port

Cons:

l’immense baie vitrée n’est pas isolée et fermait mal
Il y a une boîte de nuit en bas de l’hôtel qui fait hurler ses enceintes jusqu’à 4 h du matin plus le bruit du port. Impossible de dormir. Dommage
Les produits du petit déjeuner ne sont pas de tres bonne qualité mais c’est le rapport qualité prix est excellent donc c’est secondaire.
