The location was great, beds were comfortable and the service was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Concert venue and beautiful river.

We made 2 reservations with you in this hotel one reservation consisted of 2 nights while the other consisted of 3 nights. Everything is good but never the less there are small mistakes that should be taken into consideration. On the hotel's website there was a picture of a pool with water. While in reality, it was out of order. The bed was old and not comfortable in the 3 nights stay while it was acceptable and comfortable in the 2 nights stay. Under perks in hotels.com it was stated that a free airport shuttle is provided. When I called hotels.com customer service they assured that there is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa that I should claim from Eiffelton Hotel. When I called the hotel in China they told me that the service is paid although I send them the hotels.com link showing clearly that it is free, but they refused.
