Everything we clean and good service
I didn't Like that it was cashless
Stains on carpet, toilet seat broken, ice machine broken, room I reserved wasn’t available
I didn’t like that the yard was not done
The property is very unkempt. Booking did not ask about a pet so I was blindsided with a $75 pet fee when I arrived at the hotel. Booking also advertised EV charging on site, but it was not managed by the hotel and was only accessible to Tesla drivers.

It’s nice to come in from the Heat and find the says come in relax enjoy air conditioning.have a Cocktail grab a bite .and your room is ready to to occupy and enjoy the great Bed. Easy parking ease on and off hwy 40 and near Cadillac Ranch
At 6’3” toilet to low
We are here on a national antique car tour. There are over 100 people on this tour. When we arrived 6 days ago, therre was only one elevator working. They never fixed the 2nd one. We just got back, both elevators are dead. And so is the freight elevator. We are both 81 and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Angry doesn't come close to how we feel. Don't ever stay here.
It didn’t have laundry facilities, which the internet said it did. That was the only reason I booked a room here. Also, trying to find my way into the parking lot from the road was not easy.
Facility was clean and comfortable
No complimentary breakfast. We did not eat at the restaurant on site.
Cleanliness and they did not maintain my reservation
Room was clean and fairly modern. Guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Pot holes in parking lot. Elevator out. One that worked was very slow. No free breakfast buffet. Some of the buttons on the tv remote did not work.
