Cons:

The fire alarms went off all night. Could not get any sleep. The bar and restaurant were closed because no staff to work. The breakfast is usually included in most Holiday Inns I stay i, but not this one.

The staff was always sitting down the pool was closed and the staff watched me and my kids walk by in swimsuits and said nothing just waited for us to walk all the way there and see the sign and the tub did not hold water well

In general it is the worst IHG hotel I’ve ever seen and when I called to switch to another hotel, the Indian call servic

I liked the General Manager. She was nice even though the hotel was terrible.

Cons:

Well let’s see. The bar is closed(no staff). The pool is closed. The rooms have rust in the tubs, and the first room I was in the bed smelled like cheap men’s cologne. The breakfast is pay only. The restaurant is closed. The movie theater across the lot is boarded up.

We arrived to find the pool was out of service and we would not have booked had we known. They refused to refund, booking.com also has refused to issue a refund and we had to pay for a room elsewhere. I guess customers do not matter.

The hotel did not offer free breakfast. There was a restaurant where you could purchase a breakfast.

Cons:

The check-in agent was not familiar with how to program the card keys. There was a very long line waiting to check in as she tried to program card keys.
