工作人員笑容可掬，服務態度很好。海景房面對鼓浪嶼景觀白天晚上都很美。室內隔音效果不錯，聽不到外頭的喧嘩！距離碼頭，中山路都很近，很方便。床鋪乾淨整潔，睡起來舒適。整體感覺是很好的。

位置極佳。海景房景觀美麗。

室內沙發及桌椅太大，佔用空間。浴室位置有點尷尬。感覺難以排水氣。

房間整潔舒適，床很好睡，飯店位置良好，房間可以直接看到對面的鼓浪嶼，白天黑夜的景色都很賞心悅目，服務人員都特別親切，早餐很多樣又特別好吃，住到都不想回家了！
Pros:

飯店人員的服務態度都非常好，櫃檯小姐很有耐心介紹，打掃的付姊姊每天都有進來打掃而且打掃的非常乾淨，還有幫忙補東西換毛巾，住起來非常舒適；飯店的位置超級好的，不管去哪個景點都方便，對面就是碼頭，旁邊就是中山路步行街，真的是非常好的住宿體驗。

Cons:

隔音稍稍有點不好，就是聽得到一點點窸窣的聲音。

Chose the Swiss nextdoor
Pros:

Great view from the room, but that wasn't a surprise and it was paid for. The view is the reason I chose the hotel, together with a reasonable expectation from a hotel marketed as a 5-start one. The dinner food was also tasty and inexpensive.

Cons:

The hotel is not providing the minimum facilities expected from such an accomodation: the air conditioning is not working properly during the day (the room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius during the day with the air-conditioning turned on max for hours), the internet is not working at all, I had to connect to cellular data during the entire stay and the curtains are not blackout (which really affected the sleep quality). Aside from this, the rooms are quite dated and the breakfast is basic (not bad, but also not great). Concerning the staff, the communication in English or French doesn't go very well, but they are kind and I guess they are doing their best. Also very relevant: there is a construction site next door and they start the noise at about 6:30-7:00 in the morning. This is not the Hotel's fault, but they could have informed us, at least.

海景漂亮

Cons:

這家英迪格根本不是五星級酒店。
因為設備裝潢非常非常老舊，房間內很多地方都老舊破損。電梯內裝醜又老舊，1樓公共廁所也老舊破損。裝潢選材也非五星級酒店會用的石材等高檔建材而是2星3星酒店的普通裝潢用料所以老舊的厲害。原本想訂五星級酒店讓自己開心，結果踩到地雷。心情很差。booking上放的照片都經過美化, 現場看根本不是這麼回事，且不能退訂，感覺被詐騙了。
