Ruime kamer, prachtige wellness.
Eten altijd goed!
Mijn boeking stond eerst niet in het juiste systeem, men kon het niet vinden, receptie verwerkte dit zeer onhandig. Persoonlijk zou ik later onderzoeken waar dat mis was gegaan en je gast eerst helpen.
Badjas/slippers is geen service meer maar moet gehuurd worden, persoonlijk vind ik dit jammer, had dit ook niet duidelijk terug gevonden op de website.
L’emplacement, l’accueil..
La chambre est très grande et très standing ! J’ai particulièrement adoré la baignoire.
Le lit est très confortable et l’ensemble des équipements également
Le parking est un plus ! :)

Spa was not working properly. Walking from parking to hotel entrance was difficult due to barriers.

Das Zimmer war extrem staubig und ungepflegt.

asked for a room high up and way from elevator, totally missed....

Zimmer sind recht gross und die Aussicht ist ok. Gratis Parken gefällt immer. Bar ist ok, Restaurant ist sehr gut, Frühstück reichlich und Abendessen schmeckt gut.
Sauberkeit ist schlecht, war sie schon im vergangenen Jahr, Kaffeeglas noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Haare in der Dusche.
Abends gab es durch einen Technischen Defekt im ganzen Hotel kein Warm Wasser, was im Winter doch eher gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Kann passieren, soll keine Reklamation sein, ein kleines Goodie wäre da für die Gäste angebracht gewesen, auch wenn es nur ein Gutschein für einen warmen Tee gewesen wäre.
Bei dem Preis dürfte man Flaschenwasser auf dem Zimmer erwarten, nicht jeder weiss, dass man normal in Holland das Wasser vom Hahn trinken kann.
