Ok but place needs a bit of a reno
Pros:

Easy to find

Cons:

TV didn’t work to pick up any channels.
TV was on when we first entered but after turning it off could not get any channels.
Power points are right on top of benches so couldn’t get phone charger plugged in.
Points behind bed could just do the job didn’t seem to work either.
Bunk bed in family room was pretty creaky & rickety.
Stayed years ago when the kids were younger & it was the same then.

Excellent
Pros:

Everything that we needed. Without fuss, was able to access a second card for the room when my daughter was asleep in there. Did not need to provide a credit card for a bond - all very old-school common sense and respect from the staff.

Everything! Rooms were absolutely filthy, blood and rips in the bed sheets, mould filled bathroom. Rude manager. Booked a room with two queen beds only to get a room with a single double.

Would stay again as the price was acceptable
Pros:

There was mould 🤮in the shower at the screw points, the sink in the bathroom had a huge crack in it, the bed did not have a mattress cover on it.

COMFORTABLE
Pros:

Comfortable bed, nice desk, helpful staff, lovely hot shower.

Cons:

It's quite dated and lots of smokers outside, couldn't have a barrister made coffee however coffee and meals available after 5.30pm and breakfast.

Reasonable accomodation with lively staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and there were free snacks on arrival. They made my bed daily.

Cons:

I was given a key that already had someone staying in the room, so then had to go back to reception and tell them so as to get another room. I also didn’t like the glass door to the outside as this didn’t feel secure.

Rooms need updating and carpets replaced . Staff were friendly , wont be back to stay here.
Pros:

Good location, shower pressure was great, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Stains on carpet, very dated room, meal in restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. No cutlery.
