Wasn’t a pleasure stay will never stay again

It was a 24hr check in

Cons:

Hall ways smelt very strong of curry , there was hair in the shower in the sink and on the floor in the bathroom.

We only stayed one night and it was adequate for the money.
Pros:

Good location, pleasant and helpful staff - our room was on the first floor & we assumed there would be a lift - my daughter has mobility problems - the staff were very accommodating and changed us to a ground floor room which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was good value.

Cons:

The property is very tired, no bedside light in the bedroom with the double bed. Lots of cracked pavement around the property. In general the property is very tired and in need of an update - however, value for money was good. I would rate it 3 star.

Cons:

First room was dirty, smell of smoke throughout. We had to return to reception asking for another room. Staff was friendly and swapped us to another room. Building, carpet, facility is old showing its age.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant's food had good quality and good proportions. Good location too.

The room's water kettle was dirty. Couldn't use it.

The staff where great .have stayed a few times been great clean comfy. But this time no.

My bed was soild .there where no bedside light, so if you need to use the bathroom at night, you could not see as the light switch is near the door, not bed .
It was more then a spare room. Not art on walls very .empty

Good value for money but very noisy mornings

The location is brilliant for our preferences

Cons:

The only major downside is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms and hallway. So you can hear early guests leaving while trying to sleep, but more irritatingly is the cleaning crew banging their trolleys up and down the hallway.
