Good Value Stay
Pros:

the rooms was big enough (just) for a 5 person family. The beds was also comfortable enough. Bathroom was good and my mother appreciated the chair in the shower.

Cons:

Probably there could be more powerpoints closer to the beds instead of all centrally located near the television. Also, the placement of the shower gel could be swapped with the lotion as both shower gels/soaps are on top of the sink instead of the shower (I think someone just made a mistake with placing them to be honest)

Comfortable, within my budget and great location
Pros:

Great location. Didn’t have to pay for parking. Didn’t have have to pay a deposit. There is a restaurant & breakfast. Reception is open 24 hours.

Cons:

Just a bit out dated. Hard to turn the TV on using 2 remote controls.

Cons:

Very poor quality, towels were very worn. No bedside lights made it awkward to get to the bed. One of the bins was not working properly. Not enough patron parking.

Helpful staff and comfortable bed..

Cons:

TV didn’t work. Air con didn’t work. No phone in room to complain to office about problems. Prolonged noise from schoolchildren upstairs (we should have been accommodated in a different part of the motel). Minimal number of pillows, ditto tea bags, no small foodstuff for optional buy..
Altogether low standard venue.

Pros:

Very quiet at night, which I very much appreciated. Great proximity to local shops, also to Kingston, Manuka and Fyshwick, and major attractions such as NGA, NPG, etc. My room was good sized, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The car parking was diabolical when returning to the property at night; thankfully there was overflow out back.
No sofa to relax on - laying on bed or sitting on the chairs at the desk were the only options.
I didn't require housekeeping, there was no "do not disturb"/"room requires housekeeping" sign for the door - admittedly, I didn't ask Reception for one. No extra pillows or blanket in the wardrobe.
It's a shame the bathroom window has been covered up by a mirror - the room was quite dark and dingy as a result - preventing good airflow. Fan was loud and clunky; it sounded like it was about to come off its bearings.

Loved the beds and the breakfast. Good location.
Pros:

bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great

Cons:

Vey disappointed that the pool couldn't be used, under renovation. That was the main reason we had booked this accommodation.
