Le personnel à l'écoute.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment petite. Par deux fois, il a fallu attendre qu'une table se libère pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner

A fabolous find!
Pros:

Perfectly located to be within distance of the wonderful sights of Paris. Port de Cligancourt Metro is a five minute walk from the hotel and the heart of Montmatre is another five minute walk in a different direction.
Staff were amazing & very welcoming. Beds were super comfy & breakfast was lovely with plenty of options available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Het bed was erg groot! Dus dat was fijn.

Great value stay in good location
Pros:

Good location, close to two metro lines and close to Saint Ouen market. Clean room, with all the standard amenities expected in this tier of hotel. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Hot water in the shower took a long time to get running, room on the smaller side

Pros:

Belle décoration, établissement refait à neuf récemment.
Super petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception ne nous a pas prévenus qu'il y avait une panne du système d'eau chaude.
Quand on a demandé un geste commercial, il a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire.
Dommage par rapport au standing de l'établissement.

war in Ordnung, wer komfort will ist hier aber gänzlich falsch
Pros:

Personal sehr nett

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein; Tür hat 2 mal nicht funktioniert und wir mussten zum Portier; Kissen hatten flecken; Putzfrau hat vor Check-Out geklopft und auf irgendeiner Sprache vermutlich versucht zu sagen wir sollen uns doch beeilen.

Comfortable stay in Paris
Pros:

The hotel really met our all expectaions. The breakfast with good quality products, smiley and very helpful staff, quite and spacious room for my family were perfect. They offer the clients free and cold water 24 hours in the kitchen. This was so kind and nice. The location was close to the metro stations. We would like to stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing was the door of the bathroom (which is designed for disabled people). It was a bit hard to move, open and close. But this was really minor.

Excelente atención al cliente
Pros:

Sería chévere que el horario del desayuno fuera más prolongado ya que es un hotel en paris y por ende los turistas llegan tarde. Hasta las 11:30 am estaría mejor
