Un hotel d'une grande élégance, tant dans le service qu'à la cuisine !
Pros:

Un service impeccable (merci au Monsieur sosie de Marlon brando!), une cuisine et un petit déjeuner absolument divins, un lieu apaisant et beau... Le tout dans une ville un peu en décalage par rapport à ce bel hotel.

The hotel is more than outstanding at every level!
If you want to stay close to Como, Bellagio, Lugano and Milan - this is your place. Its super comfortable, stylish, with huge rooms, amazing relax zone and rhe food.. is OMG! The breakfast is very high quality of everything. And the dinner.. the dinner is outstanding! Not only for the food, but for the service and amazing Maxx (sorry if im wrong with your name)! Thank you, Maxx, for all lovely dinners, for your outstanding service, for the best desserts that you give us and for that you are there every night! We definitely miss you! The Chef in the kitchen is one of best that we ever met. Thanks to all you guys for your hospitality, for the room upgrade, for all gifts that you give us every day and for everything. We were stayed to a lot of places and in one of most amazing hotels in the world, but this one will stay in our hearts with all these amazing people and we will definitely visit again! Best regards to all of you! If i can, ill give you 1000000000 points! I have no words to describe how happy we are to stay here! I hope to see you soon again!

A beautiful, modern spa hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

Beautifully designed and beautifully fitted out, with a contemporary, very cool look throughout. The spa is a standout — privately booked so you’ve got the pool and steam room to yourselves. It was my boyfriend’s birthday when we stayed and the team went all-in, even making a cake just for him. The breakfast was exceptional. Couldn’t rate it higher.

Struttura bellissima. Camera nuovissima con piscina sul balcone con arredi curati e moderni. Il personale si è dimostrato incredibilmente accogliente e disponibile. Pros:

It felt like an oase, green scenery, quiet, peaceful, incredible staff, amazing breakfast, pool open till midnight and the gym was my favorite place. Also 30 min away from Como, great location. I totally recommend this hotel.
