From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Required to show your COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate in MySejahtera app upon check-in. Good location. Nice facility.
Old, in need of refresh. F&B variety and quality for breakfast buffet.
Room was very spacious, quiet, clean. We received a nice welcome fruit basket with fresh fruits upon arrival. For executive room we had free teatime at the lounge and really enjoyed the little canapes and smoked salmon.
Bathroom water pressure and temperature good.
Parking was free for our stay, easy to park as well, plenty of spots.
Good location within Seremban city.
Breakfast spread was decent with all the local cuisines - Malay, Chinese, Indian. Fast service from staff to help us get seated in the morning crowd.
Room style quite outdated, can be updated :) But that's it, everything was really good.
Near to KTMB station and the gardens
It’s a established name of hospitality in Seremban.
There were cockroaches in the room the first night we checked in and we squashed it, thinking it was a one time occurrence but the next day, it was more cockroaches crawling ok our pillow in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. When we spoke to the reception, the first response was, “ do you have a picture of the cockroaches?” as if it was our priority. They then said that they were fully booked and can only clean the room for us. Moreover, the room card that was provided kept breaking thay everytime we want to go into the room, we have to downstairs to ask them to reset the card. When pointed that the card was not working, the staff just said “you should not keep the card next to your phone, the battery would disrupt the key”. The card is always separate pocket and never kept near a phone. Therefore, we checked out the day itself and transferred out to another hotel and they refuse to give us any kind compensation. We rather have a peace of mind then stay in the same hotel.

On the day that i checked in, we got to know the hotel has a power shutdown from 10am to 5pm. Given that me n family have respiratory medica conditions, we decided to check out.

Good location nearby to all your needs in Seremban especially close distance to the Hospital Tunku Jaafar. 2 levels of basement parking, should be sufficed fir all guests. Good parking system, where it used car number plates recognition system. Once you register your car during check-in, you can come in and out anytime without tge needs to validate your parking ticket or TnG card.
The food reakly let us down. Once we ordered fried kueh tiaw, and it was super salty. Another time we ordered their beef burger, and the meat patty was tasteless.
Room was spacious and clean.
Iron in my room was faulty, housekeeping changed it upon request.
Kettle lid was broken, although kettle was functioning.
The room was spacious ,bed comfy and the bathroom was everything I needed for a short break. Well maintained.

The hotel is old but cleanliness has been maintained. There is a tap for drinking water in the bathroom which is great- less use of plastic bottles. Bed was comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful.
Not a deal breaker but the televisions didn't work well.
This is an old hotel so don't expect modern facilities or fancy breakfasts. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Tip: When booking our rooms, we didn't check the hotel's official website and only realized later that their prices were lower. Might be worth doing that before you book this hotel through this site.
