My visit in K-hotel was perfect. Nice big rooms, very tasty meals, high quality of cleaning. Great support from Mr. Raj!
A large hotel with many services inside: restaurants, 2 spas, gym, swimming pool, hairdresser, … Very kind staff, all very pleasant and helping. But a few things are missing for a quote at 4 or 5:
- the hotel is getting old, and many devices really deserve a refurbishment (lamps non functioning, old bathroom, stained carpets, …)
- the check-in process was long and inefficient: the reception agent was permanently interrupted by phone calls or by his colleagues asking questions
The people who work there, like May, do a great job.
Everyone is very helpful, and the breakfast is excellent.
And if you rent a car, you will always find parking.
Hotel is very good and also the location is perfect, you will enjoy your stay in this hotel. Thank you Raj for your professionalism and commitment

Amazing dinner banquet was superb by 3rd Asian Games, and the team provided world class service. Our server was incredibly helpful. Huge kudos to Chef Vajindra, and Amit for his amazing cooking! And a special, massive thank you to manager Ravinder Singh for his excellent care throughout the evening he kept looking after us and made us feel so valued.

Marvelous, excited excellent, all the stuff are too high service. Kolors restaurant is very delightful with very good service. Hasnat is the best.
The lounge was very noisy, and the band was terrible. It made for a very uncomfortable night. I do not recommend it at all, especially given the high prices.
I have been dining at The K Hotel restaurant for almost two weeks now and the service has been outstanding. Amit, in particular, goes above and beyond for me. He knows my orders by heart, greets me warmly, and ensures everything is perfect every time. He even makes recommendations based on my history that he thinks I would like. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and paired with exceptional hospitality. If you want a top-notch dining experience, look no further. Be sure to ask for Amit.

Hasnatul was very helpful and customer service was excellent. Staff is very helpful and accommodating .Room service is quick and well prepared. I would definitely recommend K Hotel to family and friends upon visiting.
