Very nice hotel
Pros:

I like this hotel. Good room. Good breakfast. Spa. Lift. Bar and restaurant in door. It was amazing exhibition in lobby for few days. Rent ski possibly. Car parking. Bus station. Very very nice and attentive reception staff.

Very lovely places. Gladly receive an upgrade of the room, so I have received a new refitted, modern room.

There is a spa in the hotel (however, is small but at least has a steamed room).

Very nice restaurant, modern and well served breakfast with a huge variety of food. Shuttle in the hotel to be used upon arrival.

Kind, and helpful staff.

Lack of coffee machine in the room.

The Hotel building is beautiful and historical

Cons:

Our room had a lot of niggling problems
The broken shower which took 2 days to be mended. The terrible toilet roll holder. No chair only a stool not suitable for older clients.

Pros:

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a breathtaking setting. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful. We were kindly given a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay feel even more special. The team also organised a wonderful birthday surprise for my best friend, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration unforgettable. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between luxury and charm.

Cons:

Very little to fault. The spa facilities were good and enjoyable, though perhaps not quite as extensive as expected for a hotel of this level.

Signal kayak çıkışına 4 dk yürüyüş mesafesi var ve kayak yapmak için heryere burdan ulaşmak mümkün

Şehre 1.7 km yürüyüş mesafesi olduğundan gidip gelmek zor herhangi bir servis yok
Taksi ve uber tek çözüm otobüs var ama zamanlamaları bulamadık

Very grand hotel and bar with that old school glamour i love
Free train station transfer very helpful
Lovely large room with beautiful views of the mountains
Lovely service from the staff in the restaurant

Cons:

Sadly there was a lot of work going on at the time for an art exhibition they were hosting. It meant it was noisy and distrubtive with areas of the hotel not available. It was a shame as spoilt the ambience downstairs. I wish I had known in advance.

Will not stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

Good location close to the cable car, bus stops and a few restaurants.

Cons:

The staffs at the reception are not friendly and very arrogant. The cleaning staff even took away my tea set with very fine china. Fortunately, we were able to get them back. But this experience is not acceptable at all.
