Hotel Reine Victoria is overall a beautiful, well-appointed hotel.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Each staff member was kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our party of 5 split into 2 rooms. One room appeared to be newly renovated. The other room was on the 4th floor; the hallway going to the room looked shabby and the door facings looked awful. The hallway was very dark and dated.

Excellent stay on a quiet spot.
Pros:

Nice Hotel with historical flair, beautiful interior. Nice pick up service. Location is a bit overwhelmed by modern block architecture which is a pity. Distance to the city centre is a good walk. Nice renovation of the bar. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Outside of the hotel needs a little renovation. Shower was very tiny although bathroom had a nice space.

Pros:

Spazi ampi, sale curate, soffitti alti, ambiente di altri tempi...stanza molto silenziosa, posteggio molto grande, posizione centrale. Latte di avena disponibile a colazione.

Cons:

Mancanza del prosciutto cotto di maiale a colazione e pancakes. Personalmente non mangio il prosciutto di tacchino. Materassi un pò molli per i miei gusti. Skiraum da rinnovare.

Pros:

Tolles älteres Hotel, schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Stil und Grandezza. Kleines, aber sauberes ruhiges Zimmer, großzügige Lobby mit viel Platz zum Aufenthalt, stilvolle Bar. Gutes Frühstück, kostenloser Shuttle zum Bahnhof.

Pros:

Tolles historisches Hotel mit Flair und Geschichte, könnte mal wieder ein Update gebrauchen aber für das PLV wirklich ok. Etwas gestört hat mich der Geruch des Restaurants im Foyer/ Flur aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist gut - was will man mehr? Das frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine grosse Auswahl.

Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer! Mehr aber auch nicht!
Man ist relativ schnell zu Fuß am See, ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß ins Dorf.

Cons:

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick prunkvoll, auf den zweiten einfach nur alt.
Zimmer war okay, aber für 350 Euro die Nacht hätte ich viel viel mehr erwartet! Dennoch ruhiges Zimmer ohne jeglichen Ausblick (1. Etage). Frühstück okay, aber geht viel besser!

Magnifique hôtel style belle-époque.

Cons:

Soucis d’eau chaude dans les chambres. La douche est tiède… ça passe mais pas confortable néanmoins. L’équipe signale un appel au technicien, mais plus de nouvelles ni geste commercial.
