Calm, old fashioned comfort in a beautiful setting; hospitality at its best
Pros:

Loved this grand old hotel. Our room was picture perfect with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The lift to and from the station happened so smoothly. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Pros:

Wonderful old school chic, the hotel felt very opulent and fitting of the location. Bar was great.

Cons:

One of the restaurants was not open during our stay. However, they had a sister site across the road with restaurants which had the same menus and great food.

Wir haben uns königlich aufgehoben gefühlt.
Pros:

Mir gefällt die stilvolle Architektur und der sorgfältige Umgang mit dem 150 Jahre alten Gebäude innen wie aussen. Auch wenn es ein 4-Sterne Haus ist, wirkt es nie protzig sondern natürlich historisch mit schönem Ambiente und warmen Farben.
Auch die Engadin Tourismus Plakate und die alten schwarzweiss Fotos in den Gängen waren toll und unterhaltsam zugleich.

Everything was wonderful,, pick up n drop service is excellent.. Rooms are spacious.. Staff at front desk was v helpful to me for all my needs.. Breakfast was v nice,, both female attendants were good.. Marquis n Elizabeth... Dinner was booked by me so the restaurants were amazing..
