For the costs it was ideal
Pros:

Location, our room, the service. The restaurants a block away were very good and priced right.

Although my stay was brief, it was genuinely pleasant and left me with positive impressions.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and their prompt, effortless responsiveness made everything smooth. I had a very early check‑out, and the night‑shift receptionist made the departure easy and pleasant.
On top of that, the night view from my room was truly remarkable, offering a serene and memorable conclusion to the evening. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to an overall sense of ease. Additionally, the surrounding area has a distinct charm that further enhanced the experience.

Cons:

The interior would benefit from some renovation to enhance the overall comfort and atmosphere. As I had an early departure, I was unable to make use of the breakfast service. It may be helpful to offer room options without breakfast included for guests with similar schedules.

Nydeligt hotel. Rent og hyggeligt.
For bløde puder og madrasser for vores smag.

Dejlig morgenmad der var inkluderet i værelses prisen.
Lækkert med mulighed for at bestille frisklavede omeletter. Og glimrende udvalg og gode oste.
Hjælpsom front desk. Omend en lille svipser.

De var så venlige at opgradere vores værelse ved ankomst, hvilket jo var skønt så vi fik et ekstra rum. Mindre praktisk var at dette rum lå mellem 2 etager (355) det vil sige at om vi tog elevatoren til 2 eller 3 sal ville vi skulle på flere trapper for at ramme vores værelse. Med 2 store check-in kufferter + 2 cabin size.

Nu hvor de kendte til placering af værelset havde det været fint at tilbyde at bringe bagagen op.

Aftenen inden vi skulle checke ud henvender jeg mig til front desk for at bestille transport til stationen samt aftale at vores kufferter bliver bragt ned så vi kan nå at spise morgenmad da vi skulle med glacier Express kl. 8.30.

De noterer alt og det er en aftale.

Næste morgen henvender jeg mig igen før vi går til morgenmad blot for at kontrollere at chaufføren kommer 7.55 og at der er styr på bagagen. Vi har sat alt klar på værelset. Det forsikrer de os om.

Vi kommer ud 7.45 og venter på chaufføren på gaden, der er også andre gæster der skal med denne transport. Vores kufferter kan vi dog ikke se… vi afventer da vi jo allerede 2 gange har fået bekræftet at der er styr på det hele.
Men da chaufføren ankommer, læsser de andres bagage og vores stadig ikke er ankommet går vi ind og spørger hva der sker. Chaufføren er med. Det havde de så glemt?!?!

Så chaufføren siger vi skal gå ud og sætte os i bussen og han henter bagagen. Her sidder vi så og stresser lidt over at være blevet forsinket og at de andre passagerer nu også bliver forsinkede.

Vi nåede toget til tiden, men kom noget mere stresset fra start end ønsket.

Good but needs work
Pros:

The rooms are warm, quiet and fairly large. We booked a "deluxe double" and was pleased with it but could see the furniture is old but still serviceable. Bathroom nice and very clean, but asked for a bath in the "deluxe double" but only had a shower. Not worth going back to the desk to change rooms.
The housekeeping staff were excellent and did a great job!
Beds were nice and comfortable with comfy blankets and pillows.
Great location in St. Moritz Bad close to three bus stops.
The cocktail lounge was nice and, for St. Moritz, reasonably priced. Bar staff friendly and good at mixing cocktails, etc.
Breakfast buffet is very good with a large selection. Nice dining area.
Overall look of the interior is very nice with a grand lobby that is very relaxing. Old but still nice.
For skiers: The ski room is basically good and has a tuning room for real skiers to tune and wax their own skis.
Close to shuttle bus stop or a 5 minute walk to the Signal Bahn cable car. Make to sure to get a shuttle bus schedule. Once you figure out the bus system all around St. Moritz you will be very happy.

Also, the hotel shuttle from St. Moritz train station to hotel and back to train station is excellent. Just make sure you sign up in advance.
The drivers are excellent and help with the luggage. They really have to work hard as they are covering at least 3 Laudinella hotels. Please tip them.

Cons:

1) Please train your desk staff and give them basic information that all guests will ask.
Example: the nice young ladies had no idea where the bus stops are located and don't have the printed shuttle bus schedules on hand or even how to get them! The desk manager (male) is rude.
Those schedules are in every other hotel lobby and on each bus! I checked. How can a 4 star hotel fail a basic service item so important for a ski resort! A clear failure. Other questions are usually met with "I don't know".
It is obvious that Reine Victoria is the training (or dumping ground) for the overall staff at all the Laudinella group.
Exception: the bar staff and the housekeeping staff; they are excellent.
2) At breakfast the staff keep taking away my plates. If I get up to get another cup of coffee my food is gone when I return. If I get more food my coffee has been taken away.
I leave my cell phone at the table is a signal that I am still eating but this is ignored.
STOP STEALING MY FOOD! It is such waste, I saw this happen to other tables every day.

Rooms old and noisy, Staff were good breakfast was great.

Great breakfast, rooms are very old and not very soundproof, location was a bit out of town, thou close to some of the ski lifts.
