Przepiękny widok z pokoju i pyszne śniadania!
Pros:

Pyszne śniadania, super lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju oraz bardzo czysto. Polecamy strefę SPA - rewelacyjne sauny. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji. Ogromny plus za transfer ze stacji kolejowej do hotelu.

Cons:

Brak możliwości wymiany walut na recepcji. Drogie taksówki.

Gem of a sanctuary
Pros:

Great to stay in such a historic hotel. The location is excellent and within easy reach of all the town has to offer.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to / from the station as well as the Muottas Muragl funicular which we took advantage of as soon as we arrived thanks to the very friendly and super helpful staff at the front desk. We had a fantastic afternoon up above the clouds, exploring the snowy peak with a very enjoyable lunch.

The Room, Location, friendly Staff, the Spa services were very nice. They had a pick-up & Drop service to & from Celerina (Ski lifts) which was very useful, but sometimes needs to be pre-booked. They served hot tea & biscuits at the lobby which was a nice touch after a day of skiing.

Cons:

The Ski-Room could've been better organised. It's got old Carpets & Rubber mats which, with the added moisture from the skis, smell a bit. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Overall good experience but wouldn’t come back to th same hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful valley, nice bar, helpful concierge and classy hotel.

Cons:

Food at the restaurant for dinner was below average for the price tag. Waiters were snobbish and didn’t pay attention at what they were doing.
Sauna in the spa was not hot enough, no cold plunge.

The spa was really nice and it was great that they offered a shuttle bus to the ski lift. Breakfast was very nice

Pros:

Hotel de elegância clássica. Muito confortável e limpo, com vistas lindas do quarto, SPA , piscina e área de refeições. Ótimo pequeno-almoço. Funcionários simpáticos, e que nos ajudaram em diferentes situações. Para quem não for de carro, o hotel está apenas a 10 minutos a pé da estação de comboio e 1 minuto da paragem de autocarro, que permite ir rapidamente a St. Moritz. Se um dia voltar a esta zona, ficarei neste hotel outra vez.

Cons:

Quarto muito quente, mas é possível regular a temperatura.
