Nous avons fait l’expérience à Pross d’un hôtel beaucoup moins cher et plus agréable
Pros:

Après une journée de randonnée, il était agréable de pouvoir nager et d’aller au sauna

Cons:

Au restaurant, la carte ne veut pas beaucoup de choix, et nous aurons des difficultés à trouver quelque chose qui nous convenait.
En arrivant à la réception, puisque nous étions deux, nous voulions deux clés, ce n’était pas possible de les avoir tout de suite, il aurait fallu attendre une demi-heure, il était déjà 17 heures
Le prix prix qualité, est à mon avis, pas ajusté

schöner historischer Bau. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer. Schönes Spa

Cons:

Service beim. Frühstück unaufmerksam. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Viele möchte gerne Chefs, die ihre Aufgabe nicht so ernst nehmen.

Sehr schönes altes Gebäude. Zimmer sollten irgendwann einmal erneuert werden aber haben für uns sehr gut gepasst. Personal war freundlich.

Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage Lage war gut, grosszügiger und schöner Essaal.

Cons:

Karte und insbesondere Qualität der Speisen entspricht nicht einem Vier Stern Hotel. Daher Preisniveau nicht gerechtfertigt (CHF 10.- Aufpreis bei Fleischgerichten, tiefgkühlte Teigwaren Menues CHF 30.- / Alle Desserts CHF 15.- / jede Beilage CHF 15.-)!! Service Personal spricht nur Italienisch und kein Englisch oder Deutsch.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönem Hotel. Komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren top. Schöner Wellnessbereich, aber auf 2 verschiedenen Etagen. Sehr schönes und grosses Hotel (man fühlt sich wie im Schloss) 😊Knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss in die Ortschaft, Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür.

Pros:

The town is beautiful and the view from the hotel room is gorgeous with a streaming river and mountains, some of them snow peaked. Staff is helpful.

Cons:

The town is sleepy. Most restaurants close kitchen by 9.

Pros:

The hotel provides the Engadine Card to guests for free use of all trains, lifts, and cable cars in the Upper Engadine. We had a large, lovely room with a view due to a free upgrade. The breakfast selection was fantastic.

Cons:

The spa pools are not kept very warm so no one, including us, was using them. This was very unfortunate for us as we were really looking forward to using them.

Cons:

Das Konzept der Halbpension hat uns nicht gepasst. Wenn man längere Zeit in diesem Hotel verbleibt (5 Nächte) und gerne zum Hauptgang Fleisch konsumiert, ist man nach drei Tagen bereits mit den nicht aufpreispflichtigen Hauptgängen durch. Entweder man nimmt dann einen aufpreispflichtigen Hauptgang (Kalb / Rind) oder man entscheidet sich für eine Wiederholung.
In der Lasagne Bolognese musste man das Fleisch suchen....Die Leistung der Küche war für uns eher bescheiden.
