Pros:

La chambre, la literie, le bar. Le personnel était en général attentif et souriant. Check-in et check-out rapides et efficaces.

Cons:

Manque de produits régionaux tant au restaurant qu’au buffet du petit déjeuner.
Après le plat principal, nous avons attendu près d’une demi-heure avant que l’on nous serve le dessert.

The location was great, beautiful wiews, very close to the mountains, the staff was very friendly and helpful, atmosphere very nice in the hotel,and very quiet
The location is great perfect for ski, short walk to the mountains.
The food was really good and lots of options.
We really enjoy our stay.

Rapport qualité prix correct, mais la demi- pension est sur évaluée pour la qualité.

Le rapport qualité prix est correct, et les chambres sont agréables.
Possibilité de parking gratuit (s’il y a de la place)
Le service de navette est pratique mais un peu plus convivialité serait apprécié.

Cons:

La qualité des repas est plus que moyenne, le service aussi sauf quelques serveuses qui se donnent pour les clients. Ils sont vite dépassé.
La piscine est particulièrement bruyante, bien pour les enfants mais pas pour se détendre.
Les serrures des portes, à la clé… peu être serait il temps de moderniser tout cela.

Toller Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage Langlauf auf wunderbaren Loipen.

Freundliches Personal und schönes SPA, schönes Schwimmbad.

Das Badezimmer war ok. Der Empfang bei Ankunft auch. Allerdings stand das Zimmer um 13.00 h nicht zur Verfügung obwohl das Hotel nur sehr schwach belegt war.

Cons:

Das Hotel machte auf mich den Eindruck eines Sanatoriums. Sehr kalte Ausstattung, kein Bild nichts in den Gängen. Der Pool war kalt und als es eindunkelte war kein Personal vor Ort um das Licht anzuschalten. Es lagen leere Plastikbecher und alte Badetücher auf und neben den Liegen. Das Zimmer war mit alten Teppichen ausgelegt und das Bett schlecht. Die Teppiche in den Gängen waren schmuddelig. Das Frühstückbuffet war lieblos hergerichtet wie in einem Migros-Restaurant. Die Einrichtung des Speisesaals erinnerte an ein Speisesaal in einem Ostblockrestaurant der 80er Jahre.
