Etablissement historique et impressionant
Pros:

L'établissement, historique, est impressionnant. Le restaurant est bon (mais peu de choix). Ma chambre avait une belle vue.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner: Une mauvaise surprise: fromage hollondais, allemand et italien (Edamer, Bayrischer Emmentaler, Ricotta), et lard allemand (Südtiroler Speck). J'ai expliqué au maître d'hôtel que nous nous trouvons en Suisse!! Et le lendemain il y avait en effet du fromage Suisse. J'espère que cela durera. Le choix du pain très très limité: seulement du pain blanc.
Personnel: aimable, mais ne parle pas du tout allemand, seulement italien et un peu anglais
Lobby: pas de journaux.
Restaurant: bon, mais peu de choix
En résumé: une grande méconnaissance des coutumes suisses. C'est dommage pour un édifice historique suisse de cette envergure.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht und das Hotel mit 4 Sternen zu hoch bewertet.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Die Räume, Teppiche jedoch in die Jahre gekommen, auch im Lift ziemlich schmuselig.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück mussten wir um eine Ovomaltine extra fragen und es dauerte bis unser Grosskind sein Getränk bekam. Die Gipfelis waren auch so komisch dekoriert. Denke der Kellner konnte wohl nicht deutsch und der Chef de Service war nicht gerade freundlich!

El personal, el desayuno excelentes
Pros:

El personal es excelente, siempre pendiente de lo que necesitas. El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicacion, no esta en el centro, pero a 10 min andando. Tien la posibilidad de parkimg sin cargo. Lamsvistas desde la,habitacion, maravillosas.

Cons:

Aunque tiene algun desconchon de pintura en el exterior, el interior esta bien y la habitacion perfecta.

Pros:

The staffs here were superb.
I could ask any questions I had, for example any reconnection for places to eat.
Staffs were all friendly and kind.

Also, my daughter left her stuff accidentally and called the reception thinking it would be gone by then.
However, the receptionist, Bruno, handled it amazingly, and efficiently resolving the problem immediately.
Bruno was an absolute star!!
Thank you to the cleaning staffs too!

Parqueo lo cobran y es un hotel suizo bien caro , complicado salir del mismo hacia el hotel . Es caro y la comida cara .

Pros:

Es ist ein altes und ehrwürdiges 4-Sterne Hotel, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen jedoch macht das genau DEN Charm aus. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich sauber und bieten in der Regel alle einen schönen Ausblick 😄.
Das Hotel liegt an ruhiger Lage und dennoch in Fussdistanz zum Zentrum.
Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und bietet meiner Meinung nach für jeden etwas.

Cons:

Die Zugänge zu den Zimmer sind zum Teil spuckig (shyning lässt Grüssen 🫣)

Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings konnte man erst ab 7:30 Uhr frühstücken.
Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten - somit hatte ich 2 Fenster, über die ich gut lüften konnte (war sehr warm draußen).
Rezeptions-MA sehr aufmerksam.
Super Hallenbad und Spa-Bereich.
Parken (im Sommer) im Freien kostenlos möglich.
Über die Gästekarte (im Sommer) können die Bergbahnen kostenlos genutzt werden.

Cons:

Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Im Zimmer keine Haken gesehen, wo man z. B. eine Jacke aufhängen kann

Unpretentious Belle Epoque hotel with charm and great service, room for upgrades and modernization
Pros:

Charming Belle Epoque hotel that has room for maintenance and upgrades, but the staff and service were impeccable, kind, and exceedingly friendly. The views from my room of the Morteratsch glacier and the Engadin valley were stunning. The breakfast is second to none, and the restaurant for evening dinners is a solid option and reasonable, but it's not exceptional. Free parking across from entrance is a bonus, if it's available.

Cons:

The hotel needs some work, which is reflected in the building exterior, the outdated furnishings throughout, bathrooms in need of upgrades, frayed carpets, and cracking/failing paint in windowsills. The beds are also not the most comfortable, but passable.

Perfekt hotell för både vinter och sommarsemester.
Pros:

Perfekt nationalromantiskt hotell med tillgång till pool och spa. Mycket välsorterad frukost, fantastisk utsikt över bergen och en vindlande fors nedanför byggnaden.

Cons:

Hade varit bra att skriva in under regler att man måste checka in först för att komma åt parkeringshuset. Eller ngn slags instruktion.
