Location was good, loved the courtyard but it could use some love!
No phone in the room, no counter space in the bathroom!!
No coffee cups, one coffee pod,really just lacked basic things. Lots of shampoo and soap. Old wiring in rooms. No breakfast.
It was right near the good restaurants on Ashford Avenue in Condado. I was lucky enough to be on the first floor (no elevator).
Not much that I didn’t like. The staff was very friendly and the rates were affordable.

The bathroom was tiny, toilet was lose. And bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Excellent location in Condado. Would have appreciated a coffee service in the morning even if no continental breakfast (like when it was a B&B in the 1990s). Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants and Walgreens. Comfy room. And we had access to the kitchen with fridge and microwave.
