A very relaxed hotel a great chilled out holiday no air,con in our rooms but fans done the job

Great stay definetly recommend

Roomy apartment.
Good central but quiet location.
Air con would have made it a bonus.

Ideal situation, good amenities, friendly staff, free safe- just 40euro deposit which was fully refundable, free car parking, the only issue was my husband was very ill on our check out day and it was extremely difficult to organise a room for him. Eventually we got one for 50 euro

My only problem with the property was the heat in the room. With no air conditioning, it made the nights pretty hot.

Chose this hotel as was next door to my parents hotel and was good value for money. Very friendly staff and clean rooms and hotel. Would stay there again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well located.
We were in a superior apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the pool (which we requested).
The room was a good size and comfortable, albeit “functional”.
Breakfast was ok.
We couldn’t understand why the pool area only opened between 10am and 6pm.
We would consider staying again.

Brillant location, pillows and bed extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean, Good size appartment with Good facilities. Stayed for 4 nights. Had breakfast twice. Staff was run of their feet 1 girl in particular still managed to smile and be extremely friendly and nice dispite customers getting anoyed over waiting for tables.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location, excellent staff, clean and tidy service areas. Nothing not to like. Looking forward to coming back in May x

Great location. Clean hotel and friendly staff. 1 bed apartments are well equipped, fairly modern with a good balcony.

Nice quiet hotel central for everything!
Shops bars restaurants at doorstep but still enough distance to have a relaxing holiday, hotel is lovely and clean no fighting for sunbed plenty to go about.

Second time have asked for pool view was not given, had emailed twice through Expedia reception said did not receive. Very unapologetic did not even try to give me pool room. Been regular customer will not be going back. Staff not the friendliest. Did not really seem to care.

Great location, very clean, pleasant staff, great food.

Myself and partner booked a short trip to Tenerife and chose Andorra apartments for a number of reasons. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The hotel itself always had free sunbeds, staff were pleasant and rooms/amenities were spotless. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we chose to go self catering, so cannot comment on the food. The snacks around the pool looked lovely though. It’s a quiet hotel, despite busy areas being a stones throw away. Had a peaceful sleep every night. Would definitely return and have recommended to friends and family already.

We have stayed in the Andorra three times previously and they have all been good.The hotel has a great location with clean rooms .

Exceptional service once again from the Andorra with a swift check-in/out process. Fantastic property condition and cleanliness. Highly recommend the Apartments in the Annex Buildings. Breakfast is mediocure with the Churros being the best part! Will be back!
