Great if you don’t need a fancy hotel.
Pros:

Host was very welcoming. It was cozy and quiet. A hop, skip and a jump to the Metro. Satellite TV. Price was better than other hotels in the area. Around a 5 minute walk to the start of the 747 airport bus.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank fungierte eher als Gefrierfach.

Comme annoncé, simple mais il y a tout ce qu il faut. Le personnel est souriant et surtout il est super bien placé dans un quartier animé proche du métro. J y reviendrai volontiers car bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Pas d ascenseur mais écrit dans l annonce. J ai choisi une chambre au 1 etage car je l avais demandé à la réservation.

Great location for younger people, those wanting to enjoy nightlife.

Cons:

The stairs stuck, A/C is central and set by the hotel, hotel can turn off the heat to the entire building if a few people think that it's too hot in their room (instead of turning the heat off/down in their room, heat was shutoff to the entire building), no microwave or dishes.

Pros:

The location is great, right next to the bus terminal. The staff was also very kind to us. Even with several parties happening in the streets during our stay, the room remained quiet.

Cons:

The daily rate was absurdly high, even considering the peak season. Additionally, the property doesn't have an elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs can be a major issue.

There is no thermostat in the rooms themselves. It is central ac and heating. Additionally, the floors are very squeaky, you can hear whenever someone walks around in the adjacent rooms.
