Pros:

Absolutely the most lovely staff to deal with. I love staying there. They look after people staying with them. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

great value, did not dissapoint
Pros:

very clean! room is simple but has everything you need. staff is helpful and available 24/7. neighborhood is safe and only a 30 min walk from old montreal.

Cons:

bathroom mirror is too high. room also could’ve used a full length mirror.

Comfortable and clean room.
Airconditioning - was weak but still good enough for warm summer nights.
Close to a metro station, about 20 minites by foot from Old Montréal and the harbour.

Montréal International Jazz Festival に最適
Pros:

部屋が広く、机もあるので荷物を広げやすい。定期的に修繕や改装がなされていて、掃除がよくされているので快適だった。空調の温度もちょうど良かった。ドライヤーと電気ケトルは滞在中貸してもらえます。受付にスタッフが常駐しているので、午前3時でも出入りができ、安心です。

Cons:

廊下や上階の音がよく聞こえます（宿泊者次第ではありますが）。遮光カーテンですが、隙間から陽光が漏れて明るくなるのでアイマスクがあったほうがよく眠れます。

First and last time.
Pros:

Location was good. Big sign made it easy to find. I like the walk-in shower.

Cons:

I had to put my car in a parking garage and pay $21 for overnight. There was no elevator. There was no coffee maker or coffee. There was no microwave. There was no extra pillow. There was no air conditioner.

The room is very hot and not clean. There is only one outlet for charging. The staff are not accommodating. The room is too cheap looking for its price. Not worth it.

Extremely convenient for the bus station and a metro station. Also close to the bus stop for the airport bus.

Cons:

We were asked for a deposit of $100. We have not been asked for a deposit anywhere else wehave stayed.
