Fantastisk service av alla anställda men området lämnade mer att önska .
Pros:

Fantastisk personal , rent och fräscht . Härlig pool. Väldigt god mat och stort utbud dryck.
Rekommenderar avsmakningsmeny .

Cons:

Är långt ifrån restauranger och affärer. Väldigt smutsigt och slitet område i mascali. AC på rum var helt undermålig. Gick inte att svalka sig någonstans.

Összességében jó volt
Pros:

Közel volt a part, és napi kirándulásra ideális Taormina és az Etna is. Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség. És a személyzet különösen kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Jó lett volna a szobában egy vízforraló. A szálloda éttermében vacsorakor 3 tészta és 2 pizza ételre közel egy órát vártunk.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, spacieux, tres propre, tout confort, tres bien situé pour profiter des visites aux alentours. Chambres tres confortables, et climatisation tres appréciable.
Piscine tres grande, magnifique, avec vue sur l'Etna, tres propre, seul inconvénient les horaires (accès de 9h à 18h) je pense que il faudrait augmenter l'amplitude horaire. Acces a la plage privée de l'hotel tres pratique avec services et restauration abordable.
Personnel tres accueillant, souriant tres accessible , un grand merci a l'équipe de restauration du soir ( Patricia, Anna, et Maria Chiara au bar)et à Mima ( service breakfast) pour leur professionnalisme, et leur large sourire😁
La demi pension je recommande car la gastronomie sicilienne est copieuse et variée, service a table et choix des plats la veille .

Soggiorno super piacevole. Iniziamo a dire che la struttura è davvero ben pulita e tenuta in ordine.. camera, hall centrale, bagni e piscina davvero davvero puliti.
Staff cordiale sia alla reception, al servizio colazione, al bar piscina che al ristorante.
Camera matrimoniale ampia e spaziosa.
Possibilità di parcheggio dentro la struttura senza sovrapprezzo.
Hotel con proprio lido ( a pagamento ) di fronte alla struttura, basta attraversare la strada e si entra in spiaggia. In alternativa, accanto al lido, c'è la spiaggia libera.
Piscina sia per adulti che bambini, molto ampia e molto pulita.
Hotel consigliato, tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare in questo posto tranquillo e rilassante.

Pros:

Ottima struttura. Stanze pulite. Parcheggio interno incluso, colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale sempre pronto a collaborare. Ristorante interno di buon livello con ottimi piatti della tradizione culinaria siciliana e non. Molto apprezzata l'area relax/piscina

Okay für ein paar Tage und für Ausflüge an der Ostküste
Pros:

Das Personal im ganzen Haus war äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Vielfältiges Frühstück. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit Nähe zum schönen Strand mit gepflegten Lidos, Ausflüge zum Ätna und andere Hotspots, ebenfalls für Touren ins Landesinnere. Restaurant und Pool können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht benutzt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war direkt über der Küche im 1. Stock. Der Abzug, Kühlgeräte sowie die Lüftung waren zeitweise ziemlich laut und haben vibriert. Ebenfalls haben wir den Frühstücksbetrieb ab 6 h morgens gut mitbekommen. Mascali selber hat nicht so viel zu bieten. Abschnitt von den Lidos zum Ort entlang des Strandes eher zerfallen.

Wunderbare Auszeit auf Sizilien!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und tollem Blick von der Anlage auf den Ätna. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Beim Frühstück wurde immer sehr gerne und freundlich auf individuelle Wünsche, wie zum Beispiel laktosefreie Milch, eingegangen. Ganz lieben Dank an Mimi und ihr super Team! Auch die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben bei der Organisation von Ausflügen etc. weitergeholfen. Man konnte sich sogar auf Deutsch verständigen. Sehr sauberer Pool und immer genug Liegen vorhanden. Das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber vom Strand 😊 auch das Essen im Restaurant kann man unbedingt empfehlen!

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat es nicht so gut gefallen, dass der Pool schon um 18:00 Uhr zumachte. Das lag wohl daran, dass die Fläche für das Abendessen gebraucht wurde. Und man muss wissen, dass im Hotel auch oft Feierlichkeiten stattfinden. Laut war das auf unserem Zimmer aber nicht.

Fint och bra hotell i utkanten av Riposto. Lite tråkigt samhälle då det inte fanns så mycket att se eller göra. Hotellet
Pros:

Bra pool, välstädad med trevliga rum. Trevlig bar finns på hotellet som ordnade det mesta. Möjlighet till att äta lunch och middag fanns också. Nära till stranden och havet.

Cons:

Egentligen inget.
