BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO
Pros:

Stanze spaziose e pulite.
Posizione perfetta. Di fronte al mare e comoda per gli spostamenti.
Piscina grandissima e pulitissima.
Cena eccellente.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Patrizia, Maria Chiara e Anna del ristorante che ci hanno coccolato e regalato ogni sera la loro cortesia e i loro sorrisi.
Cordiale e sempre disponibile anche tutto il resto del personale.

Parfait pour un cours séjour !
Pros:

Vue sur l Etna, petit-déjeuner sympa, repas du soir excellent! De très bonne qualité.

Siłą nie zaciągną mnie z powrotem.
Pros:

Obiady bardzo smaczne. Śniadania dość monotonne, ale OK. Personel miły i pomocny. Bardzo czysto. Basen OK. Piękne widoki na wulkan.

Cons:

Wszędzie ukryte koszty. Butelka wody 1l 2,50 EUR to bardzo drogo. Minilodówka w pokoju? - płać! Chcesz skorzystać z lodówki i wstawić tam coś swojego? - zgodnie z regulaminem nie wolno.

Do najbliższego sklepu pół godziny marszu w słońcu i bez chodników.

Plaża słaba - kamienista, żwirowa, szybko głęboko i wszędzie SYF. Śmierdzi i brudno. Ciekawostka: to nie turyści brudzą. Sycylijczycy uwielbiają siedzieć w śmieciach i gównie. Masakra.

Daję lepszą ocenę niż to miejsce na to zasługuje ze względu na miły personel i smaczną kuchnię.

Cordialità che non guasta
Pros:

L'ambiente era pulito ed abbastanza curato,, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Christian, receptionist di notte, mi ha dato un ottimo consiglio su un luogo nei dintorni da visitare. Mia figlia maggiore lasciando l'hotel ha dimenticato in camera un libro che aveva comprato a Londra e ci teneva a recuperarlo, ho chiamato in albergo e la signora Angela della reception si è resa subito disponibile ad impacchettarlo e spedirlo fino a casa nostra.

Cons:

Qualcosina non ci è piaciuto, però la gentilezza, la cordialità me lo hanno fatto dimenticare.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble !!
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la chambre, la propreté des sanitaires, la piscine et le restaurant de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner été restreint, toujours pareil et dommage qu'il n'ai ai pas plus de choix de fruits et du Nutella tout les jours. Nous n'avons aussi pas apprécier la mauvaise qualité de la plage d'en face, autant sur la saleté de la plage que sur le fait que les transat de l'hôtel nous soit payant.
