Not the ideal out of season choice
Pros:

The rooms were nice, clean, well-appointed. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable but otherwise the room set-up was good. The rest of the hotel was basically closed and empty. But we were staying in December so perhaps that’s to be expected. Everything around it was shut too so it wasn’t a great time to be there.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is not ideal for an out-of-season stay. The roads around it are terrible. I am sure it is completely different in Summer when everything is open and proximity to the beach is important. So it’s hard to hold the hotel responsible for the main causes of our so-so stay.
