Guter Service. Ist eher als Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisen geeignet, da die Lage zu den touristischen Zentren etwas weiter weg gelegen sind. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt als gut zu bewerten
A nice Clean Hotel and think one of the Best around.( a Chinese owned Hotel and Good staff) I can only say Great Hotel that changed its name to Discovery Hotel from Queen Hotel as Taxi driver will have a problem finding it its a bit away from the water front from which we wanted Had a pretty good Buffett Breakfast and Tuk Tuks out the front and dont Hassel you you very much ---- not like the water front hotels. We found this place excellent for out needs and just a $1 to go the action areas if thats what you want .Would i go back again I certainly would ! YES
The rooms I think are good value for the money, don't expect any views but location is convenient and central. However last time I stayed there wifi was not working of 3 days and the breakfast is very poor. One day they even ran out of eggs!? Value for money good but don't expect any service.
Nothing wrong to say
If you get a promotional 50% off the daily hotel rate, then maybe it's worth it. (That's the only reason I chose this hotel. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with this place. It a little too far from the town center. Honestly I'd avoid Phnom Penh altogether. Purse stanching via motorcycle, is the Cambodian National Past time, and tourist seem to be the preferred targets.
In the brief time there, 2 guests had their bags snatched by motorcycle bandits.
One lady had her Passport stollen.
Really, the only place in Cambodia worth the price of a bus ticket is Siam Riep; to see Angkor Wat... That's it.
There are very nice rooms, I recommend this hotel for most international guests.
room is big and clean staff are friendly
breakfast is ok . i am happy to stay in this hotel
Great value for money at less than 30usd a night, never had the breakfast so can't rate it, it's not in terrible condition the hotel and for the money and location rate it excellent.
Convenient location and friendly reception staff makes my stay a pleasnt ones.
Great stay good hotel will stay again
Buffet Breakfast is nice but generally the same spread everyday.
Friendly staff, good location and clean rooms. WiFi weak in some area of the room.
When I arrived, they informed me that the roof top bar was closed for reovation, the only reason I booked this hotel. The room they gave me, 601, was opposite a noisy housekeeping room where all the staff hang out and chat and next to the lift shaft. This was a Kingsize bed room.
In addition, I note next to the lift explained stating that room 601 amongst others had it's balcony blocked. I paid extra for a room with a balcony! The 'non' smoking room also smelt of cigarette smoke. I went back to reception to change rooms and the could oly show me a twin room, the balcony, if you can call it that had a narrow terrace with a 12ft high wall all round, no table or chairs, completely pointless, with no view.
At reception after 10 minutes on e Walkie talkie they said that was all they had as the hotel was full, which it clearly was not. Eventually I accepted another room with a real balcony but a twin. Also a non smoking room that smelt of smoke with a leaking sink.
The hotel is tired and in need of serious renovation? The staff could do with a few days at charm school. With so much choice in Phnom Penh, you would think they would pick their game a little.
We stayed for 3d2n. The khmer -western restaurant is good; nice breakfast with reasonable variety and good taste. Room is clean and proximity is good. Tuk tuk driver from hotel to any destination in the city centre is US$2 per trip.
The housekeeping sweeps dust under the beds. In total my travel group booked 4 rooms, but 1 had dust mites which bit the person sleeping on the bed throughout the night and another found leftover faeces on the toilet bowl lid. When we wanted to change rooms the receptionist was unhelpful, and we had to insist on speaking to the hotel manager. Wifi and telephone signals in the room are very poor and it is difficult to get regular internet access at the hotel. Breakfast is okay, with a nice soup station where they cook your food only upon ordering. The Eden Spa is great, and they have a good variety of massage and spa packages that are affordable. We stayed 2 days, went to Siem Reap and stayed another 2 days in the same rooms that we had previously vacated, but the toiletries were not refilled. Instead, they only displayed empty boxes, which attests to a sloppiness in housekeeping. The water pump broke down for 20minutes the first day and the toilet seats choke under the slightest pressure. The location isn't very good either because many tuk tuk drivers do not know where it is. This problem might be remedied when the hotel becomes more famous. On the whole, a place where I would not come again (expensive for the prices they are charging), except to patronise Eden Spa.
We were very happy with finding the Queen Boutique Hotel. It was very close to The Royal Palace and Museums - just a short Tuk Tuk ride. The staff were all very nice and we found the price very reasonable.
The Queen Boutique Hotel was a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. They were more than willing to answer our questions and help us with getting bus tickets to Siem Reap for the following day. All the rooms were very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. It's nice to stay at a clean, comfortable hotel while traveling around the area! HIGHLY recommend on your visit to Phnom Penh!
This is a lovely place to stay in this busy city. All the Staff were very helpful. The food is good and there is an excellent massage on 1st floor. You get 15mins head and shoulders free but we booked a full body massage as well. Wonderful!
