A relaxing and enjoyable experience
Pros:

I remained for an extra 3 days following a successful tout with Intrepid. I was looked after really well and all the staff were helpful and always found time to talk to you. The manager was particularly helpful in arranging a hire motorcycle, and my taxi to the airport.

Cons:

The shower was not designed as a stand alone shower as it was part of a bath and did not direct water in a convenient way.

Enjoy the pool area!!
Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful.. The staff is so attentive and accommodating. The pool area with the pool bar created such a welcoming ambience. The bartenders and servers are so much fun and outgoing! Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable

Cons:

There was construction going on and my room was right above it so I was awoken at 6 am by all the banging. However, once I requested a move due to the noise I was moved to a quieter area no problem.

Freundliches, gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Restaurant im Hotel hatte gutes und preiswertes Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig.
Der Swimmingpool war groß und modern.
Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist nicht das modernste und könnte renoviert werden.

Confort des lits et le p'tit déjeuner, la piscine très jolie et grande

Cons:

La chambre est vieillote et très petite, sombre, pas de vue! (Le mur d'à côté)

Pros:

This hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, facilities are excellent, location is fantastic, restaurant had a varied menu at very reasonable rates. Extensive breakfast options including a chef to make you anything egg related (she does a superb mushroom omelette, and scrambled eggs). Pool area is lovely with it's own pool bar. Laundry is done in 24 hours or less. Extended my stay 😁

Cons:

Tuktuk drivers outside the hotel are overpriced and you will get a much better deal on Grab...this is not the hotel's fault 🤣 but I have nothing else bad to say.

Stay while visiting Angkor Wat
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 days in November 2025. Nice and clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The riverside, night market and pub street are at walkable distance and still the hotel is quiet. You can not expect a great view from the room or hotel. But that's not the point when you are visiting Siem reap. So it doesn't matter.
The temples are few kilometers away , hardly 20 minutes drive. The food is ok.
Overall, a good value for money stay option.
