Pros:

прекрасное. внимательное отношене сотрудников отеля,комфортнейшие подушки(что большая редкость для большинства отелей). Мы останавливались с мужем на одну ночь,нам очень понравилось. Буквально 5-7 минут до автовокзала.

Сделать нормальный интернет и подключить к нему тв
Pros:

Останавливалась в этом отеле, т. к. оттуда отправляется автобус на Киев. Неплохой отель, завтрак-шведский стол, все вкусно. Номер комфортный. У нас был ранний отъезд, дали завтрак с собой.

Cons:

В отеле неустойчивый интернет, постоянно отключался. Смарт телевизор подключается к WiFi только через модем в телефоне, что очень неудобно. А на ресепшен сказали, что телевизор как смарт вообще не работает, что не соответствует истине.

If you're looking for a place to stay overnight, this is a good option, but not for a long stay.
Pros:

Near the bus station. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

My window faced a busy highway, and it didn't close properly. Because of this, I had to sleep with headphones on.

Quite clean, but not everywhere.

Clean, lovely staff, walking distance to Istanbul Europe.

Cons:

It is in an industrial area and while it is walking distance to the bus station it involves climbing up and down steps that go over a major road which could be difficult with heavy luggage. The hotel is quite difficult to get to with public transport and you really need a taxi or uber to get the last bit from Fatih. Unless you really need to get close to the bus station the night before, it might be worth staying in a more touristy area of Istanbul and then ubering to the station early enough for catching the bus.

But if the bus station isn’t an issue- the hotel itself is completely fine.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. One of the best parts was the breakfast, which I really enjoyed. There was a good selection of food, everything tasted fresh, and it was a very nice start to the day.
The hotel also has a good atmosphere, and some parts of the stay were comfortable. Although there were a few things that could be improved, I still appreciated the positive sides of my visit. The breakfast especially left a very good impression on me.
Overall, I can say that my experience had positive moments, and I am grateful for the good service in some areas.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The only thing I really liked was the breakfast. It was good, fresh, and enjoyable.
However, the room did not meet the standard of a five-star hotel at all. From the beginning, I felt that the hotel did not look the way it was presented online. The bathroom was in poor condition: the tap handle was broken and even fell off, which was quite shocking because it was heavy. The shower was old, and the water pressure was very weak.
There were also dark marks around the bathtub, which looked like mold or dirt. The bathroom did not feel clean, and the overall condition of the room seemed old and badly maintained. Another serious problem was the large gap in the bathroom door, which affected privacy and was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Overall, apart from the breakfast, I was very disappointed. In my opinion, this hotel does not match the level expected from a five-star hotel.

Hotel personeel gaat niet op voorkeur nonsmoking room. Geen aardig personeel. Kamers redelijk. Binnnen in hotel is het normaal dat er gerookt word.
