Good service housekeeping staff, all service very good💯thanks house keeping staff kamlesh
It's been great experience Radisson blue paschim vihar housekeeping service is great room is comfortable and clean special thanks to Mr indra housekeeping manger and miss neetu
My birthday was super fantastic and the way the team members assist me was great . Special thanks to Mr Joshi for making my birthday a hit .
My stay was very comfortable and hotel staff was also very polite and always ready to serve you. House keeping was excellent specially by Nitu and Harish taking proper of hotel guests. The rooms are also very elegantly furnished with all modern facilities.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a so-called five-star hotel, despite having worked in the hospitality industry for many years. I have never encountered service standards this poor. While I understand the hotel may be short-staffed, there appeared to be a complete lack of trained and professional personnel.Although payment was already made via UPI, the same amount was charged again at the time of check-in. Calls to In-Room Dining were not attended, and orders were taken only by operators with no follow-up. I was entitled to a 20% discount on food and beverage, yet none of the bills reflected this benefit, clearly indicating serious communication failures. The duty manager was never available at the desk when assistance was needed, and the Wi-Fi did not work throughout the stay. I have organized several events with Radisson in the past and have never experienced issues of this nature. This stay was meant to be a very special occasion for my wife and me, but it did not feel like a five-star experience in any way. Despite paying a premium price, we received no value in return. Even after informing the front office of these issues, no corrective action was taken—no refund, no resolution, nothing.
I had faced lots of pain with them starting from checkin to stay to checkout.
There are complete server is pathetic very poor illegrate people don't know how to respon or tak. I had a checkin at 2 pm but they just kept us wating. And just keep on saying room is being ready .and it's just not us people around us got frustrated with them
I must say they are calling radison 5 year but the way treated us and provided service the hotel is 1 star
They have give 0643 room no and I can't tell the room flush was not working. The room has damp smell everywhere .looks like sealan every where in thdt room .it is very very dirty like I am in some dharamsala. The phone was not working.whrj I go to reception theybmwrre rude again and say review dal do we can't do anything.theose problem at reception like why they are even doing to their job . I am not sure thebnsme of guy but it was like reesha or something small height.
Thisnhotel should be marked as 1 star and should be banned .we are paying them 8000 rs and hotel was like not even worth it 1k rs. I had worst experience in this hotel and never will make come back. I recommended make my trip.to delist this hotel. With the trauma we had i recommend to hotel and make my trip to return out money

Got it — that sounds really frustrating, and honestly ₹8000 for that kind of experience is unacceptable. I’ll rewrite this into a clear, professional, firm review that still conveys how serious the issues were, without sounding emotional or unstructured. You can post this on MakeMyTrip, Google, or send it to customer support.
Review: Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar
I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently poor. My check-in time was 2:00 PM, yet we were made to wait for a long time with no clear communication. The staff kept repeating that the room was “being prepared,” while several other guests around us were also visibly frustrated due to the same issue.
The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude throughout. Many of the staff members lacked basic communication skills and did not know how to speak to guests properly. When concerns were raised, the response was careless and dismissive. At the reception, one staff member (name sounded like Risha/Reesha, short height) behaved very rudely and even told us to “put a review” instead of trying to resolve the issue. This kind of attitude is shocking for a hotel that claims to be a 5-star Radisson property.
We were allotted Room No. 0643, which was completely unacceptable:
The flush was not working
The room had a strong damp and foul smell
There were visible signs of seepage and sealant all over the walls
The room was very dirty, comparable to a low-grade lodge or dharamshala
The room phone was not working, making it impossible to contact reception
For a hotel charging ₹8000 per night, this experience was nowhere near even a 1-star standard. The room and service were not worth even ₹1000.
This hotel should seriously be re-evaluated and downgraded, as it does not meet Radisson’s brand standards at all. Based on the trauma and inconvenience we faced, I strongly recommend MakeMyTrip to delist this property and request a full refund for our stay.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I will never return to this property.
"Excellent service and staff - thanks for making it memorable! 🌟" Prakash ‘The Restaurant Manager’………. !!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s been great experience to live there as I got sick. The staff has been very cooperative especially housekeeping. Me and my daughter was very happy to stay there. It’s on best location of West Delhi.
Kashish at the frontbdesk was extremely welcoming and professional. She handled everything efficiently with a friendly attitude and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, and she was always ready to help with any questions. Kashish truly creates a great first impression and is an asset to the team.
Iam a BNI member I often visit the hotel and I give the menu to the chef Mr virender the food is that he makes is delicious 😋 I highly recommend him
Unplanned visit and stay at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar.
I would love to compliment the Property on certain Points:
1. Front office Team - Helpful staff over the counter with a big smile and a warm welcoming attitude.
Special thanks to Mr Pavitra who helped me - as my parents are old and they cannot walk much so helping me in allocating a room near to the elevators and a good view room.
2. Breakfast and F&B Staff-A good healthy breakfast with a good variety.
3. Room - A good & clean room with a good view.
4. Housekeeping - Housekeeping team was very prompt and helpful as timely asking for cleaning or anything required. Also for asking for extra bed placement by time.
Once again a big thanks to Mr.Pavitra Kumar for guidance and help he did for my parents, really thankful for his efforts.
Really Happy with the hospitality and for sure will be coming back and Will also be suggesting friends and family for stay at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar.
Loved ambience, food & services. Attended wedding anniversary on 6th Dec 2025. Overall experience was good. Would like to come back.
My stay at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standards expected from a 5-star property. The problems began the moment I arrived at 5 AM on 20th November, following a 12-hour flight. Despite there being no other guests at the desk, the check-in process took more than 15 minutes. I had booked a room with two twin beds months in advance, yet I was initially given a room with a single double bed. When I returned to reception, I was told no twin-bed rooms were available until I insisted and the agent suddenly “found” one after checking again. This lack of attention and unwillingness to help set an unfortunate tone for my stay.
Things only worsened upon entering the room. The beds were not properly made, the sheets were untucked, and the room felt carelessly prepared. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was in completely unacceptable condition: the toilet had yellow stains, the grout between tiles was dirty, the stainless-steel hinges of the shower cubicle were covered in grime, and the glass door and wall tiles were marked with water stains. It was clear the bathroom had not received a proper deep clean in a very long time.
When we requested a multi-adapter to charge our phones, plugging it in caused the stainless-steel cover of the socket to fall off, a concerning sign of poor maintenance.
I did receive a courtesy call from a polite staff member named Payal, who listened carefully to my concerns and assured me our room would be changed the following day. I requested that housekeeping move our luggage while we were out, and she agreed. However, when I returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM, nothing had been done. The room had not been changed, and no one had informed us. The duty manager showed me an alternate room, but unfortunately, it had the same cleanliness issues. I ultimately chose to remain in the original room, as the alternative was no improvement.
Later, I accidentally broke a glass water bottle and immediately called housekeeping to clean the floor for safety. Despite calling three times over two hours, no one arrived. I eventually escalated it to the duty manager, who finally ensured someone came to clean the room.
In conclusion, I can confidently say I have stayed at several three-star hotels that were far more hygienic, clean, and well-maintained than this property. Based on my experience, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar does not deserve its 5-star rating.
That said, I would like to acknowledge two individuals who made a positive difference. Gurmeet from the breakfast team provided excellent service every morning, and duty manager Pavitra was kind enough to offer a lovely dinner as a goodwill gesture. Their professionalism stood out amid an otherwise disappointing stay.
I visit Delhi every 18 months, but at this point, I have no intention of returning to Radisson Blu, especially when Crowne Plaza is only a few kilometers away.
Let’s start with the Pros. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good WiFi.
Now the cons. The room is in desperate need of renovation and it is showing it ages. Would opened in the late 2000s and it very much of the era. While there is nothing wrong with that is means there are a lot of shiny surfaces that show scratches really easily snd look worn. Tiles are cracked and chipped with 20 years of wear and tear though out the room. There is an abundance of light switches making it really confusing to get all the lights on and off.
Noise from the banquet hall next door can be heard from inside the hotel during wedding season. But the worst aspect for me was the room smelt musty and the sheets and towels felt damp. For the rates they are charging it is not worth the money.
Staff was very helpful and kind, might give you free upgrade to if it is available. Plus the food was good
The hotel presents very nicely with an impressive facade and entry lobby-when you eventually reach it. It is very isolated with a narrow congested access road that passengers must alight on as buses can’t access the drive.
The rooms are large but ours had not been swept/vacuumed or dusted for at least a couple of weeks.
There was scant supply of toilet paper & no body wash in the shower. When reported to reception the toilet paper was supplied but not the soap.
The serving staff were hard-working generally but very poorly treated by managers. My personal experience with management was that they offered preferential treatment to locals over international visitors.
The food was very good in variety and quality. The beverages on the other hand were disappointing. A beer list of six different offerings was superfluous as only Corona was available. No Indian beer in an International hotel in Delhi?? Likewise, only half the gin options listed were available. First world problems I know but it detracts from the travel experience. All in all I would not recommend this hotel & will be wary of other Radisson Blu establishments.
Very good experience. And specially ms. Chandrkala is so good with her work and her behaviour is also amazing. Amazing experience
VERY SKEPTICAL about the sudden wave of recent 5-star reviews on Google.
Many come from users with no prior review history, and I think I know why.
During breakfast, a kind but rather insistent lady approached us and asked for an immediate review. She even offered to “search for it” on my phone and then personally clicked 5 stars across all categories (overall, rooms, service, location) before I could respond. She also wanted to take a photo of the posted review; we had to politely refuse more than once, at least three times, saying we’d prefer to do it later.
As for the hotel itself: it’s an older property. Our room was large and comfortable, but it felt a bit dated and worn. The bathroom especially could use renovation to meet true international 5-star standards.
On the positive side, the staff are genuinely very kind and helpful, and the daily room service is excellent. Breakfast is a real highlight: generous variety, high-quality food, and very attentive servers.
It’s unfortunate, though, that guests are being pressured into giving inflated ratings. For a respected international chain like Radisson, this practice really undermines trust.
I stayed at this hotel in October 2025. I had a great time, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They were available immediately if I needed assistance. I also booked a tour through Radisson (Shamshad Ali) with a driver (Ajay Singh). This tour was very well organized; both the car and the driver were excellent! I recommend this hotel if you're coming from Europe. It's also centrally located in Delhi. They also celebrated Divali with their guests, which i appreciate a lot!! It was a very nice experience.
Cleaning part of the hotel is the best. Mr. Sanoj engaged with cleaning of my floor of the hotel very sencere and devoted staff,
