Nikhil was extremely courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was served promptly. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly elevated the entire experience.
It’s always great to see staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction, and Nikhil definitely stands out for his hospitality. I would highly recommend visiting Oro Bar, and if you get the chance, ask for Nikhil—he’ll make sure you have a fantastic time.

Amazing food with competent chef
Pros:

I had an amazing experience at their coffee shop on 2nd floor which is also the main restaurant. The food prepared by chef Manoj was delicious starting from the seekh kebab to the mixed meat platter with cajun shrimps,chicken satay and chicken roulade with olives. Look forward to be back again.

Poor service, cleanliness and housekeeping. Was given a room on a smoking floor with a terrible smell in the passage (I'm a non smoker)
- Carpets outside room very dusty & not cleaned
- Bathroom fixtures like showers were discolored and rusted. Like they've not been cleaned for months.
- bedsheets & pillow covers looked old & used. Not sure if freshly changed and cleaned.
- insufficient toilet paper and other amenities
- little thought for safety of solo female travellers. At the time of handing over room key, the reception staff clearly announced room# and single occupancy while other male guests were around. Basic protocol demands that they are more discreet about this.
- breakfast situation chaotic. No staff to note room# or guide to table. Tables not cleaned well.

Would never stay here again.

Poor Poor Hotel - AVOID!!
Pros:

I would give zero stars if I could. Very unhygienic and dated rooms, poor state of toilet and shower and above all a damp and musty smell which is a health hazard. I have severe Asthma and mentioned all of this to reception. I was then shown several other rooms including a ‘presidential’ suite all of which were of poor standard and quality. The hotel would not even transfer us to another Radisson property and kept us waiting in the lobby for 10+ hours with no offers of food or water!! The location is very poor and when our agent tried to recover money for remaining days they have so far refused. Extremely poor service in as sub standard hotel which gives the Radisson Hotel name a black mark. Shameful excuse of a so called ‘5* hotel’ that charges premium rates for what is effectively a 3* property. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE 5* EXPECTATIONS - the hotel management are clearly delusional and have no concept of what a quality hotel looks like. A reputable hotel will listen to their guests and move heaven and earth to accommodate their wishes. The fact that they have not reimbursed for unused hotel days is unforgivable (we booked elsewhere in the end) and tells you all you need to know about the hotel and it’s management. Pictures included here too!! AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE, PARTICULARLY IF YOU HAVE HEALTH CONCERNS OR EXPECT 5* ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICE.
