Location is great with parking and a great atmosphere for couples. I think the best place for a candlelight dinner.
Had a very disappointing experience with Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar.
Payment for room booking was taken, but no confirmation was provided.
Despite multiple follow-ups and acknowledgment from their team, refund is still pending for several days.
Very unprofessional handling and poor customer support. Expect better from a brand like Radisson.
I stayed in this hotel on 21.03.2026 to 22.03.2026 (however booking was up to 23.03.2026, but decided to checkout early)
when I reached at 6th floor, i found it suffocative & cramp corridor with poor air quality. There are multiple corridor & no staff was available to guide you to find the rooms. Duty staff are poorly trained & arrogant. One will not feel a 5 star hospitality.
In the room I found that all light switches of room are fixed in bed head & when tried to switch off the light, got an electric shock. Despite of two call none turned up to attend.
I advise to be cautious to while using the bed switched (i was in Room No.660)
The location of the Hotel is in Paschim Vihar (Panjabi Bag), which is far away from New Delhi Railway Station and Airport and poorly connected. The surroundings are slum type & filthy views.
It is difficult to find App Based taxi from here. I had to wait for 45 minutes & got a taxi after trying multiple times.
Restaurant is average & a lone singer was singing loudly. One cannot talk to the table mates due to the music.
Over all it is a worst experience & not advisable to opt this hote.
Akash Kaushik at front desk is very polite and helpful person. He is very quick to understand my query and I get my solution in blink of a second.

Nikhil was extremely courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was served promptly. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly elevated the entire experience.
It’s always great to see staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction, and Nikhil definitely stands out for his hospitality. I would highly recommend visiting Oro Bar, and if you get the chance, ask for Nikhil—he’ll make sure you have a fantastic time.
I had a wonderful experience at Oro Bar, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar. The ambience is classy and relaxing, perfect for spending quality time with friends or colleagues. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was very professional.

I had an amazing experience at their coffee shop on 2nd floor which is also the main restaurant. The food prepared by chef Manoj was delicious starting from the seekh kebab to the mixed meat platter with cajun shrimps,chicken satay and chicken roulade with olives. Look forward to be back again.
