Dormi no hotel ao chegar em Confins. Segui para Cidades Históricas.
Tem uma pizzaria muito boa anexa ao hotel. Fica aberta até mais tarde e, por isso, mesmo chegando tarde, conseguimos jantar lá.

The property has good potential — comfortable beds, a convenient location, and responsive staff. However, our arrival this time was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — sheets and pillowcases were dirty/stained, the bathroom was unkept, the faucet was dirty, and the shower only had hot water. To their credit, after we reported it, the staff responded promptly with a proper cleaning, added a TV to the twin bedroom, and left an apology note in our room, which we appreciated.

We spent the day in the pool area, ordered from their menu, and truly enjoyed the food and drinks. All our requests made through the phone extension were met promptly. The staff was respectful and mostly friendly. However, we did receive some side eyes when requesting to use the gym and refill our water bottles at the filter provided there — a minor but noticeable detail.

This was our second stay at this property. The first time, we stayed in a different and better room, which left us with a more positive impression. Unfortunately, even though this time we booked what is considered a luxury room, we were not impressed. We will likely try other hotels in the area next time.

Experiência razoável, estadia estava limpa porém o hotel não possuí acústicas então é possível você ouvir conversar de hóspedes do quarto ao lado, os carros da rua, as camareiras com os carrinhos nos corredores,então se torna uma hospedagem muito barulhenta
