Jubilee Ridge

On 2nd day (12th july) of my stay, the reception staff was rude. I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look. I don't think he was suitable for desk job. I have been in many hotels including abroad and this was first time I have seen such an idiot on front desk. Its high time when hotel management should look into this.

It is a good & comfortable hotel with nice ambience.

Continental breakfast as well as the traditional offered,Room service buffet great selection of variety on offer,
Daily papers supplied,Could I fault this hotel not really for the cost it was worth every penny on my 2 week stay very pleasant,
I would not hesitate to stay here again 2 buildings away is a gym with a fully equipped workout,steam,massage, very delighted,
Great location to access main city loads of shopping malls a short distance away by taxi,

Best Western Jubilee Ridge was a great choice for the purpose of my travel, only 3 mnts from my intended location, few steps from all brands shopping lane and best jewelery shops.
Most importantly, i shall say that my experience at BW Jubilee Ridge was very good, i stayed 10 nights and i really can't complain, employees were really cooperative and welcoming and ready to assist, Syria was akways there to make sure that all is well and the 2 Bibas :) Taher, praveen and all staff were truly great. I do recommend this hotel and i will stay again in Best Western Jubilee Ridge whenever i go to that of the wirld.

A little touch of luxury in the midst of Hyderabad. Staff couldn't have been more helpful with everything from admission to departure.

I was happy with the hotel room and the service provided by people at the front desk and in the restaurant. Everything was as I had expected it to be. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything in this hotel was simply superb from location to cleanliness and food and great value for money.

Be alert about that you get the same category of room you booked, because I was given a studio room despite booking a superior. The matter was redressed when brought to the attention of the front desk. Front desk managers differ like chalk and cheese. Whereas one caused the mixup, another, Mr. Goud, excelled by his professional conduct in rectifying the issue. The restaurant is popular with local officegoers. The food is predictable, yet the chefs do consider personal tastes.

Best Western is synonymous with good value the world over. The rooms are built to similar specs as other properties. The staff responded to fix all problems with the room - dirty curtains, unclean tea kettle, et all, which shouldn't have been there in the first instance :-). I opted to upgrade to a "suite" for space. Front desk accepted my Platinum elite membership for a complementary upgrade but I did not get BW credit points since the booking was made through hotels.com! The breakfast spread was staid by local standards, but it was definitely more than the toast, butter and egg affairs at other BW hotels I've stayed at. The dinner buffet is good, reasonably priced and popular with local office goers, hence the restaurant is packed in the evening.

Got pretty much what I expected in this price. Location was good and the breakfast is a little boring. Rooms are OK - not too bad and not too clean - Sofa was stained and the sheets were clean. Toilet is clean but looks a little jaded. Will stay here again if I dont have availability in other better and similar priced hotels in the vicinity.

The hotel was decent with good room size. Buffet breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel and can recommend it to others. For business services such as meeting rooms and facilities I suggest that you order that in advance as meeting rooms and meeting room packages are offensively overpriced compared to the rest of the hotel services. Still this is a safe and reliable hotel of good quality, friendly staff, and excellent food.
