Our room was a bit warm down, it had mild, stained curtains and the facilities were a bit out dated. However the room size was amazing and the view was spectacular. A little TLC and I wouldn’t be able to afford it for my family. Over all we had a great stay.

I stayed in room 1704 and it was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious but outdated and in need of a serious renovation. The room and hotel as a whole had an old mildew smell which required me to purchase air fresheners for the room. The bed was extremely hard and the pillow was flat. Cleanliness is not a priority as I was told upon checking in that they only clean the rooms on your fourth day but will replace the towels daily. Parking was 1000 yen a day on top of having to pay 800 yen per person to use the pool. Total rip off. Hotel should be rated as 1 star. 8.0 is to high.

ベッドが柔らかすぎて、翌朝背中が痛かった。清掃はされているが、部屋の古さとコンセントの少なさ、トイレバスが同じなどの理由から不満とした。ちゅらーゆという目の前のSPAチケットもサービスしてくれたが、施設が古すぎて快適には感じられなかった。

Hotellet er meget slidt, og rengøringen er utilstrækkeligt. Vi boede der 5 overnatninger, og kun engang fik vi gjort værelset rent. Maden på hotellet var kedelig og dyrt. Der var mange restauranter i nærheden samt små hyggelige butikker og gode bar muligheder

朝食ビュッフェも良かったか、アグー豚のしゃぶしゃぶのディナーバイキングが良かった！しかも、宿泊者は割引と未就学児無料で非常に価値ありでした！
施設内は新しいほどではありませんが、清掃はきちんとされているイメージで子連れだったのでオムツサービスや、オムツ用のゴミ箱も事前にお願いしておけば貸出してしてもらえて、スタッフさんの対応が良かった！一点、朝食バイキングの際に受付でお子様用の椅子を使うか聞かれたのでお願いしたが、実際には準備してもらえなかったので、こちらからまたスタッフの方にお願いして持って来てもらったのでそこの連携だけは上手くいっていないなと、感じた。それ以外は概ね満足です！ただ、大浴場が別館で別料金なので、それだけはそこまで価値がないかなと行ってみて思いました。

이온몰 옆, 아메리칸빌리지 매우 가까움, 츄라우온천 바로 옆(투숙객 반값) 위치 너무 좋고 오션뷰코너룸 최고였어요. 아메리칸빌리지 야경도 너무 예뻤어요.
조식 종류 많고 맛있어요. 와규스테이크 꼭 드세요. 밤에 무료로 주는 소바도 별 것 아닌 것 같은데 맛있었습니다.
숙소앞 선셋비치는 선셋보기는 좋지만 수영하기엔 너무 고인물이라 흙탕물같고 성인에엔 너무 얕고 맨발로는 바닥에 밟히는 게 많아서 바다수영은 비추. 그냥 츄라우온천 수영장 가세요.
낡은 느낌이긴한데 관리가 잘 되어있어요. 소파에서는 약간 오래된 냄새가 났지만(저만 느낌) 침구 깨끗, 전체적으로 청결하고 넓어서 만족했습니다.

工作人员的服务非常好，因为预订房型满了升级了顶层的loft房型，非常大，足够入住四人。但是也有一点不足:浴室在楼上，洗澡的时候需要上下楼有点不便，落地大窗景观很好，但是窗帘不能关闭，如果在楼上睡觉的话早上会太亮，同时洗澡也对着窗。卧室内没有插头，手机充电有点不便。
