Pros:

The front desk staff are fabulous. The location in Recoleta is very nice and quiet, and there is a great little deli right across the street as well as a grocery.

Cons:

The rooms look like they had been renovated, but not well. The slope of the shower tiling was such that we always ended up with a pool of water in front of the toilet.

Hotel impecable
Pros:

Hotel íntimo, muy bien ambientado, instalaciones impecables, muy limpio. La zona es hermosa para salir a caminar. Lo mejor el spa, y el desayuno. Pero realmente tuvimos una estadía inmejorable.

Konnten nach unserem Nachtflug bereits deutlich früher einchecken worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Zimmer sind schön und betten sehr bequem

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel angemessen, wir haben in Hostels in Argentinien besser gefrühstückt.
Der Spa Bereich und Gym Bereich ist an sich schön, bräuchte aber deutliche Renovierungen. Die Geräte im Gym sind alt, das Laufband ging nicht und es gibt keine Klimaanlage (der warme Dampf vom Spa kommt direkt rüber). Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön, aber da es keine Regeln für die Sauna gibt gehen alle Leute mit nassen Badesachen und ohne Handtücher rein und das Holz ist entsprechend beschädigt. Auf meiner Liege sind Ameisen gewandert und der Pool war sehr trüb.
