Great location and the shared facilities at Contessa are fantastic, fast lifts, lovely residents perfect indoor and outdoor pools.
Apartment was spacious.

Cons:

In the appartment my family used, Beds need to be replaced. Oven door didn’t close, furniture was aged. No aircon in bedrooms and windows didn’t open for fresh air.

Pros:

Contessa has been the best place we have stayed at on the Gold Coast. Apartment was meticulous and modern, as was rest of building. A truly sophisticated building, grounds and facilities.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay to live there forever.
A truly top notch building and hopefully we can buy an apartment there soon.
