Great unit would be excellent if the above was addresses
Pros:

Beautiful beachfront unit walking distance to flags , bike paths and walking paths . Shops at end of street
The aspect is wonderful and the unit is beautifully furnished - be aware there is a step down to lounge

Cons:

No reading lamps in bedroom - completely useless wall lights - no overhead light as an alternative
No salad bowl or utensils
Limited kitchenware- decent size coffee cups would be a start
TV is very annoying to use - seems to be a disconnect between the remote and changing channels even when batteries changed
Alot of construction noise

Pros:

The views were breathtaking! Great location. Such a quiet area. Our apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Good location, close to beach that is family friendly.
Pros:

We have been here now 3 times over the last couple of years. Great location that is on the beach with amazing views. Went for deluxe room this time which had an upgrade of the furniture.

Cons:

Few broken items in room when paying for deluxe. I told reception about broken blind in master (went down but wouldn't go back up using remote) and they told us they would get someone to fix. No one came and fixed so it was stuck down our stay which was annoying as we didn't get to enjoy the view and heated up the room on the hot days. Haven't had issues previously but felt that i paid more and got a bit less time.

Breath taking views in a modern luxurious apartment.
Pros:

View to die for, renovated apartment with a touch of luxury.

Cons:

There was some road works or renovationgs going on outside at night time but that wasn't the property owners fault. They can't control that.

Golden Sands on the beach apartments are the perfect spot for a fabulous beach holiday.
Pros:

Golden Sands on the beach is a perfect location close to the beach, shoos and restaurants. Extremely clean apartment with everything you could possibly want in a kitchen, well equipped. Fabulous views of the ocean from bedrooms and lounge room with floor to ceiling windows.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about at all!

Excellent!
Pros:

I have booked Golden Sands with my family for my 30th birthday. Upon arrival, Kim, the receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming. She made our stay relaxing and was very helpful and responsive. We booked an ocean view room, and it has exceeded our expectations. The place was neat, tidy, had everything we needed and was close to the beach, local cafe and the shops. It also has a pool, spa and a gym as part of their facilities. Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful stay, I would definitely recommend it and would come there again!

Everything was great. Would recommend this place!

Incredible views, great location, perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. The view alone was worth it. The apartment was well appointed with a great feel to it. It was clean and spacious and was simply a delight to stay in. Check-in was very easy and everything explained well. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants. The location was perfect, quiet and close to everything we needed. Did I mention the view??!!

We loved the location . The view was nice from level 7 ! Easy to get to beach from private stairs.

The furniture on the balcony was outdated and rusty. Needs to be updated.
