Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy' after 22:00. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that from 20th November to 13th December 2023 and 29th January to 19th February 2024, we will be commencing elevator maintenance.

To minimize disruption to our guests we will be completing one tower at a time. While one elevator tower is out of action we will be allocating guests to alternate towers.

Enjoyed the outstanding ocean views and comfortable accommodation with easy access to beaches and restaurants.
Pros:

Location was walking distance to Mooloolaba and Alex Beaches. Large apartments, fabulous views, excellent pool and well maintained grounds and secure parking.

Cons:

Older style apartments in need of some updating.

Fantastic location, beautifully renovated and very comfortable apartment to enjoy a beach holiday

The apartment was beautifully presented and a great space to be in. It is in a fantastic location and totally overlooking the beach. Great size for a family of 6. Having a separate space upstairs was great when staying with a family. Excellent supplies in the kitchen. Very clean and functional - useable and comfortable space. I would have given a 10/10 if it wasn't for not having access to the apartment rooftop.

Cons:

We were disappointed that we did not have access to the rooftop area which included the BBQ, outdoor dining area and spa - the photos on booking.com include this space but after talking to reception we were advised this was only available at an additional $170 per day on top of what we had already paid and this is not available through booking.com. I think booking.com need to either remove the photo or advise it is not included in the booking. If you book direct with Osprey they provide the option (but its an additional fee). The reception were very good about it - not their fault but it was a little disappointing as the only other bbq is down by the pool - we ended up providing our own portable bbq to use.

Beautiful resort in the heart of Mooloolaba
Pros:

We had a girls weekend away at Osprey and we can barely fault the room and resort. Well maintained gardens, beautiful pool and spa. The room was an amazing size, clean, newly renovated, comfortable beds and pillows with amazing views. Perfect location in the heart of Mooloolaba. We will definitely return.

Cons:

We were given only 3 sugars for 4 ppl and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The ensuite bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner in it.

Great stay at Osprey!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Osprey! Our room was spacious, clean and great view of the ocean. Whilst it is situated on a corner, we didn't hear any traffic noises throughout our stay. The pool was lovely, and a short walk to the beach! An easy walk into Mooloolaba for cafes/restaurants/shops or an easy walk the opposite way to Alexandra Beach! Great stay 10/10 - our only regret was not staying longer!

Overall a nice stay
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment. Great pool

Cons:

The apartment could use a deep clean. The window furnishings are filthy and there are innumerable scuffs on the walls.
Some staff could be more patient with guests.
