Cons:

Uns wurde zuerst der Schlüssel für ein belegtes Zimmer ausgehändigt. Die Abwicklung der Bezahlung war eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten nach der Abreise das Hotel in den nächsten Tagen noch zweimal aufsuchen um die Rechnung ordnungsgemäß bezahlen zu können. Total unfähiges Personal. Nie wieder.

Zufrieden, aber Sanierungsstau und Personalmangel.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Saalbau und Bahnhof, also direkt im Zentrum. Am besten ist die Sauna und das reichhaltige Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist schön hell und hat auch ne tolle geschützte Aussenterrasse und eine gut ausgestattete Bar mit einem netten Barkeeper. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, z.Bsp. Als die Chipkarte zur Sauna nicht ging, haben sie einen Zettel ran gemacht und gebeten die Tür nicht zu schließen, damit jeder rein konnte (der ITler war wohl am Donnerstag nicht zur Arbeit gekommen und daher funktionierte keine Karte…). Probleme mit dem Personal wie überall mittlerweile. Wahrscheinlich auch aufgrund des Personalmangels lagen Listen aus, wer sein Zimmer wann gereinigt haben möchte um Kosten zu sparen und um die Umwelt zu schonen! Man konnte aber auf Wunsch Bademantel und Schlappen ausleihen, Handtücher in der Sauna zum selber nehmen gab es genügend, auch sehr gut riechendes Shampoo gab es überall.

Cons:

Leider ist unten im Gebäude/Nebeneingang ein Spielcasino und ein billig Supermarkt, weshalb öfter Betrunkene oder dubiose Leute vor der Tür waren, was ein komisches Gefühl ist, wenn man mit den Kinder abends raus will. Leider wird dieses schöne Hotel baulich nicht instand gehalten. Die Teppichböden sind abgelaufen und defekt, die Türen in den Zimmern teilweise kaputt, die Bäder sind aus den 50ern mit grauen Fließen, Badewannen statt Dusche, teilweise defekte Fließen am Boden. Hier müsste dringend mal saniert werden. Der Fahrstuhl ist auch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Rest entspricht den Standards.
