Ok … nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Pros:

Nähe zur Innenstadt
Tiefgarage für 12€/Tag
Putzkräfte sehr nett.
Schöne Terrasse und Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Badewanne als Dusche
Bad winzig
Keine Belüftung im Bad
Zimmer nicht klimatisiert. Hitze staut sich unerträglich.

Zimmer insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen mit alten Teppichen.

Bei 4 Tagen war der Kaffeeautomat und Wasserspender 2 Tage defekt.

An 2 Tagen hatte der supernette Barkeeper frei … eine Vertretung gabs nicht. Der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption hatte chronische Unlust den Gästen etwas auszuschenken.

Ich denke wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Ich übernachte aufgrund einer Weiterbildung regelmäßig in diesem Hotel und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und der Aufenthalt ist jedes Mal angenehm.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Dadurch kann es in den Sommermonaten auf den Zimmern sehr warm werden.

Die Zimmer waren nur mit einem kleinen Kühlgerät ausgestattet , bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur sehr warm gewesen.

Ich komme gerne wieder ins Achat Hotel.
Pros:

Die super Lage. 200 m vom Bahnhof entfernt und ca. 600 m zur Innenstadt/ Fußgängerzone. Das Angebot für die Gäste, kostenlos immer Trinkwasser/Sprudelwasser zu bekommen. Die Terrasse bei heißen Sommertagen zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel keine eingebaute Klimaanlage und bei sehr heißen Sommertagen ist es im Hotelzimmer schon sehr warm.

Für Kurztrips aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war für etwas stämmigere Menschen sehr schlecht zugänglich (Zimmer 135) und die Duschtasse sehr glatt.
