Room was freezing cold! Was told it's a listed building so no heating allowed?!!
Never heard anything like it !
Amazing
Absolutely delightful place, with lovely staff and great food and service was excellent.
Nothing
Absolutely everything, beautiful place.
Only a few things on the menu but food was excellent
Staff were super friendly and the building is beautiful
Shower was blocked and room was really dated and the coffee was decaf only
Beautiful building, we stayed in the manor house. Lovely gardens and great food.
The shower area needed resealing.
Old listed buildings.
The sofa is our room was broken and dirty. We paid circa £150 for a night for double King size bed, when we went to sleep, found out that two single beds were joined and it was slight gap between them, its pathetic.
Breakfast was fine, not extraordinary but good service. After breakfast, we requested to extend the check out time from 11 to 12, since has to attend a wedding in Glass Marquee which is attached to the hotel. The team in reception stated it can only be done if we pay £20. I am staying in different hotels across the globe for last 25 years but for the first time someone insisted to be paid for only an hour extension of check out from 11 am too noon.
Bad experience unfortunately.
Beautiful
The only thing for me was everything was fine apart from when I ordered breakfast they left it on a table told me to come in 10 minutes. I came in about seven minutes and it was left on the table to go cold.
The room was very cozy and very nice
