Basic room, overpriced for what they offer
Pros:

The hotel was clean enough, good location if you are in the area

Cons:

The bathroom smelled of sewage, and the pillows were so tiny and very poor quality. I had also appreciate finding at least a bottle of water in the room, considering the hot weather, instead of having to pay 6€ for it. There were absolutely no amenities in the room, not coffe, water, nothing. Room super basic

Overall, a great experience which suited us perfectly as people passing through

The breakfast was really good and worth the extra €13. The decor was old but nice and the location with the view of the Pyrenees was really good

Cons:

Some of the younger staff weren't up to speed.

Во-первых очень грязный коридор и грязный пол в номере. При заезде мы сразу обратили на это внимание. Администратор собрал руками мусор(частично) и сказал , что поубивать могут только завтра. Был сломанный диван на который не дали полный набор постельного. Под диваном хламяться какие-то доски и очень много мусора. Кроме того у нас в номере оставили полное мусорное ведро.У нас была сломана ручка в туалете. Была сломана посудомоечная машина. С нее натекло много воды. Мы конечно же сообщили об этом в отель, прибежала куча людей все в обуви походили по этой воде, натоптали. Потом пришла уборщица с сухой шваброй и этой шваброй развела эту воду по всему нашему номеру. У меня было ощущение что мы участвуем в каком-то розыгрыше и где-то стоит скрытая камера. Но это оказался не розыгрыш и мы оплатили мы полную стоимость за люкс номер без какой-либо скидки. Номер кстати очень тесный. Мы бронировали номер в день заезда и возможно у них уже не было персонала чтобы нормально поубирать этот номер. Но администратор мог бы сгладить все эти проблемы хотя бы вежливо общаясь с нами. Он был крайне недоволен что мы заселились в этот отель и предлагал нам аннулировать резерву.

Very underwhelming.
Cons:

The rooms were tired as was the property generally. We were initially given a room with a broken shower, which must have been known (a temp repair had been made with electrical tape) and we had to challenge to get a new room. The beds were comfortable.

Pros:

Simple hotel with well sized, comfortable rooms. Availability of parking was a plus. Restaurant on site was very good and a great alternative in very hot weather. Breakfast excellent and all very reasonable.

Clean, comfortable and exactly as described on the tin
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and has a superb location in the centre of town. The staff were very accommodating to find us somewhere to store our bicycles for the night. Beds and bathrooms of high standard. Thank you

Parking privé de l’hôtel proposé à 10 €, alors que le stationnement en ville est moins onéreux.
Les repas sont corrects, mais le personnel en salle manque d’amabilité.
La chambre souffre d’un manque d’isolation acoustique et de problèmes de chaleur.
Des odeurs désagréables sont présentes dans la salle de bain.
