When we first arrived the room we were given was terribly small, had a window with a view of a wall with pipes, and had the constant noise of the boiler running above the room. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from other guests who were drunk, breaking plates, and a strong cigarette smell wafting from the corridor. And the kettle in the room was broken and extremely dirty (leaving rusty bits in the water after boiling).
The next morning we asked for a different room and the new room was significantly better (much larger, quieter, and with an actual window, although there was some street noise). There was still some cigarette smell coming into the room from the corridor, however.
Service from the front desk was nice, they were agreeable and helped us with storing our baggage. After-hours and housekeeping was another story, as they did not speak English very well and couldn't understand us. Once they forgot to put towels in our room and when we requested them we received dirty ones.
Another thing to note is that the hotel is located in an enclave that is difficult to access by taxi after 11pm since they close all the entrances but one. And I think they advertise that they have gym facilities, but they do not. And the TV did not work for a day because they forgot to pay their subscription.
Overall, it was ok as a place to sleep and store our bags before our flight. But otherwise, I certainly wouldn't call it a "luxury" business hotel in any way. Budget at best.

The hotel was good but the food was simply BAD! I stayed there for four nights and I didn't enjoy a single meal there. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is nice.

Okay room, however the approach and proximity to main road and construction work gives some pain while reaching the hotel entrance.

Room was excellent for the price, though the other facilities and the restaurant were so so... If you happen to travel to this area within a limited budget, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was decent and is incredibly cheap so I can imagine it would be a great value to a budget traveler, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with high expectations. The place wasn't dirty per say, just not completely clean. You could tell the building was just old and in a terrible location. Very friendly staff though that did try really hard.

Going through renovations, so it's clear that general upkeep is not a main priority of the hotel. Sheets were stained, watermarks on the wall, mosquitoes everywhere, etc. Would recommend other hotels in the area.

This hotel ranks high up in on most parameters of evaluation. Speed of attendance by staff can be improved a tad. Overall an excellent place to find oneself in at a wonderfully realistic price.

Very nice, and a good value. My room was clean and quiet, like in a 5-star hotel, but for a very reasonable price. I ate several times in the basement restaurant, which lacked ambience but the food was excellent and the service fine.

We booked our stay at Rockland Hotel through Expedia. The hotel location and pics were good enough to give it a try. But, when we entered the room, we were shocked to see 2 small beds separated by a fixed table instead of the usual king sized bed. This was the last thing we expected in a hotel room for couples. We immediately informed the reception about it, who said that there is no other available room. We were told that we may get another room if someone else vacates it. We had specifically booked the room with ONE double bed, not two single beds. We were uncomfortable the entire night trying to fit in one of the small beds. Anyone who books it through Expedia should confirm if they will get a single bed.

Hotel experience was nice. Peopke were supportive and helpful.

Good budget hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. They met all requests from my end with a 'we will do our best' attitude which was very pleasant and will definitely make me stay there again. Its definitely worth it.

staff was very helpful. hire hotel driver with car. breakfast was good. hot water does exist 24/7 just call front desk if using at odd hours. comfort of room was horrible for one reason only construction of new building on right loud sound until 11 at night. get room on opposite side then there is no noise if you are lucky enough to get it on opposite side. staff totally has no control over new construction noise.
