The room was very spacious and breakfast was great!

Had to always ask for towels. Trash was overflowing. Got locked out of room twice . Room smelled like they were covering up something.

The check-in process took over 20 minutes and there was a used washcloth still hanging on the shower rod in the bathroom.

Our room was not clean at all. The couch was all stained and had leftover food in it from the previous people. The office chair was so old it was flaking off material. Our bedding had multiple stains on all. So stains looked like blood... it was very uncomfortable. We were itchy the entire stay.

Nice quiet rooms

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I have enjoyed it so far. Rooms have been clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It has been relatively quiet both times which is what I need after being on the road for over 12 hours.

Great staff. Great breakfasts. Sofa and chair old, stained and needs replacing. Shower powerful, needs adjusting. Good location for access to highways and where we had to go.

Spacious room but no lighting over microwave.

It has been approxiamately 10 years since I lst stayed at a Choice Hotel. They used to be top of the line , no more. Buildings needs an upgrade. Facia board in the lobby was loose and in need of repair. Sofia sleeper in room initially assigned to us was broken. Swimming pool had a broken piper and was out of order, was to be operational in a couple of hours ended up being the nextd day. Requested room be made up between nigth one and night two - did not happen. Had to retrieve our own tp, kleenex, towles, coffee, gather trash. Breakfast was okay but low on coffee, buscits, milk, etc. Had to request more. Will be a long time before I stay at another Choice Hotels property.

The hotel was quiet.

This hotel like so many others serms shorthanded. The same font desk clerks are there from early morning til late at night. Breakfast room needs a new refrigerator. You must adk for milk, yogurt, eggs etc to be brought to you. Breakfast Lady is a delight. Shes friendly, smiling and helpful.

Great spot if your wanting some extra space.

We LOVED our huge room with the two queen beds and couch bed (which is broke so we couldn't use) but the room was big, clean beds were so comfortable!

Entered the lobby and immediately starting sweating—temperature on the thermostat said 80 degrees (no mention of “sorry for the inconvenience “ from any worker (we had to wait for lobby clerk).
—Had to ask for towels and bedding for pull out couch.
—No sink soap, so had to ask for that.
—Thermostat didn’t work in the room; it stayed a moist 70 degrees.
—Carpet is from early 90’s?
—Stains on the walls in the room, desk chair, and couch (way more than normal)

Check in was easy. I go to the room changed clothes and head to the gym, bike is out of order. So, I decided to go to Sauna, Sauna does not work. Lets try the pool, water is to cold. Head back to my room to shower to find out there were no towels. Additionally, the only ice maker that work was on the 1st floor. Best thing was the lady who works during breakfast, she is full of energy and very friendly.

We booked online for a King room and ended up with 2 queens. It was late and we just let it be, but I was frustrated.

the basic room, location, breakfast and service was fine for just a 2 night stay. The sofa bed was not fine. They need an upgrade for sure: 1/2 in matress with holes/tears etc. and the frame was caved in so the bottom half of your body was tilted to the ground. Freezer in the fridge has not been defrosted in quite some time.
