AC was not cooling properly. Reception person came and advised to open the window. Strange solution. They didn’t have a maintenance staff to support.
Breakfast didn’t include fresh fruits except for cut apples. Juices were canned not fresh. Very few vegan items.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Man sieht Hotel schon vom Bahnhof. Auch Metrostation fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Beim Frühstück war immer ausreichend Platz. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, wobei Japanische Auswahl größer war. Sehr guter Kaffee, auch tagsüber zum selbst brühen auf dem Zimmer (Stand in der Lobby zur Selbstbedienung)

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet sollten die Eierspeisen warm gehalten werden.
