Hotel was in a great location, with great views on 13th floor. Swimming pool was a big plus and breakfast was very good.

Pros:

Khách sạn có ăn sáng tuy không nhiều món, vị trí trung tâm dễ di chuyển.

Cons:

Thang máy không có từ hầm xe lên trên sảnh và phòng. Không có nhân viên mang hành lý giúp lên sảnh mà khách phải tự bê lên cầu thang lên sảnh.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unsafe, filthy, and aggressive staff. Stay away!

NOTHING. The only positive thing was leaving this place as fast as we could.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience of our lives. We booked a stay from September 1st to September 6th, traveling as a family with a young child. We checked in, but the reality was a complete fraud compared to the photos shown on Booking.com.The room was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and filled with old, broken furniture. It felt completely unsafe and unsuitable for a child.When we decided to cut our trip short and check out early on September 3rd due to these terrible conditions, the staff's behavior was shocking. They became extremely hostile, started shouting at us, and aggressively demanded that we pay them 100% of a one-night stay cost as a cash penalty before leaving. They tried to bully and scare us into paying.We refused to pay their illegal fees, took photo evidence of all the violations, and safely left the property. We have already contacted Booking.com customer support regarding this scam.If you are traveling with family or care about your safety and clean conditions, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! They completely lie in their description and mistreat their guests.

Phòng gần biển, vị trí tốt, hẻm oto vào được, tuy nhiên hơi nhỏ, hàng quán lề đường làm oto khó ra vào

Good value hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Location is great, perfect place for your vacation! Walkable to everything. Beach is half a block away!!! Tons of restaurants right on the street/alley the hotel is located on.
The breakfast is decent, buffet style. The do have eggs made fresh. The staff were very friendly!
The cleaning staff was AMAZING!! I can't say enough how wonderful they were, always smiling and friendly. The front desk staff could take some training from them!
The bed was large and comfortable!
The bathroom was a good size and had a half shower door, so important!!

Cons:

The first room we had was dark and had mold on the wall. We were staying for a full month so that's not going to work. The manager(Jan or Jen) made sure since we were staying for so long that we would be moved as soon as a room became available. Within a few hours they showed us the room to make sure it was good(which is was MUCH better) and we moved!
The hallway had mold on the ceilings.
The pool was always cloudy. It is a beautiful pool but kind of gross. Too bad.
They need to supply beach/pool towels!!!
