Prime Hotel

Very good

The Prime Hotel is a more budget minded type of hotel with a very good location in the center of Nha Trang. It's an older hotel offering a budget travel alternative. Starting to show its age and needs some updating .
It's down an alleyway with many restaurants very close , very walkable.

I have stayed here before in 2023 and they have improved the breakfast and offering of the buffet. The breakfast was good and filling and the eggs are cooked to order. The pho was very good and a complete salad bar offering was good.

I experienced no issues, my room was comfortable and for what I wanted for a 2 night stay it was very adequate. Shower was fine and air con was very cold.

Had a beach front view as booked , at a budget price.

To sum up , this is a budget stay location and if you're wanting more amenities book at a 5 star or 4 star plus in Nha Trang or go to Cam Rahn Bay.

We arrived at mid night. There was no bellhop. Had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby.
Receptionist gave us a look and looked down. Didn't even say hello. So we did not feel welcomed at all.
Proceeded to the room just to find out it was full of cigarette smell and water on the floor. We requested to change the room. Receptionist said he had to check with his supervisor. We waited for 10 mins and he told us they were fully booked which I believed he could have able to give us that answer prior to making the call.
We were desperate because our child was so tired after the flight so we had to go back to the room.
Plus the AC did not work so well. We had a rough night. Anyway, we quite enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked through booking.com but somehow one lady confirmed but the receptionist took forever to finish the reservation even I was exhausted. Then the AC doesn’t work, I feel so hot even already go the lowest mode.

Then just 7am they hired someone who came and fix the room next door. My head is spinning and I am thinking about cancel booking and move to somewhere else.

P/s: the elevator is so old, I feel like I can fall anytime . They seem don’t care about the facility as well as the staff training

Great value for the price we paid. We had a king suite with a balcony and a sea view. The room was a good size with the shower and toilet being in separate rooms.
The bed was comfortable and the A/C and wifi were good. The room wasn't particularly clean and wasn't cleaned very well at all during our stay.
Breakfast wasn't great and served too early for people on holiday in my opinion.
Good location in a cul de sac with a bar, a couple of good local restaurants, a shop and a laundry all within a two minute walk from the hotel.
Overall, good value for the money we paid.

My room was upgraded trough Booking.com.
Beachfront room with a balcony was nice and enjoyed. AC was good and shower as well was nice with a glass partition. The rate was very competitive and close to the beach and easy walk across the street to the beach. Located in the central part of city with good location and many restaurants near you . Roof top pool also was small but had a nice view.

All in all for the price was a good stay. No issues experienced . Breakfast during the week of my stay was not good for my tastes and was not a buffet. Maybe an off week.

I ate out after first breakfast. They need to improve their breakfast offerings on their days they don’t have a buffet. My experience and my feedback.

Arrived early (3am) due to arriving via a night bus. Despite messaging them beforehand to let them know, we were told to sleep on the couches in the lobby until check in at 2pm even though we offered to pay more to check in earlier

We booked as a family but were given rooms on separate floors, so bad start. Then found rooms, hallways, elevators reeked of cigarette smoke. Air conditioning kept breaking down in one of the rooms. Very unclean, rubbish and dirt under bed. Laundry came back wet as drier had broken down. Although we paid for two nights, we checked out after one. Definitely would not recommend. Awful.

We stumbled on this hotel on trivago, looking for somewhere cheap, with a pool and close to the beach. This is just that (and more!). The staff on arrival and throughout were pleasant, they even asked for a photo with us after the amount we got talking! The rooms were well equipped, with free toiletries, flip flops, hairdryer and even a smart tv. The pool, although a bit small was good for how empty it was (most people just went to the beach - wuth the free towels provided) and of course the amazing view of the beach.

The only let down we experienced during our stay was the breakfast. There wasnt much selection and the cooked food was a bit too well cooked.

I would happily stay again, just maybe prep myself for the breakfast next time!

Nice little hotel. Nothing flash as 3 stars but in a great spot to access the area. The pool up on level 15 is tops. Can see the beach and a nice afternoon breeze comes through. I would stay their again.

There is no air-conditioning in the hotel lobby, and the air-conditioner in room and restaurant is not cool enough, which were very disappointing. The window drape was missing and not fixed before my check-in, fortunately the lobby manager was trying to provide good service, and arranged a technician to fix the drape the second day of my 3-day stay.

Thank you for the stay . Staff were fantastic , so helpful nothing was ever a problem . Location cleanliness facilities were sensational . Needed some gifts that I bought sent back to Australia the office staff were straight onto it and in know time they were on the way . Would stay there again in a heart beat

Room size pretty reasonable... Not much view of the seaside as blocked off by building..
Location wise is good as food & seaside is just 5 minutes away with the night market only 10 minutes away...
Lots of shopping nearby and not far away by taxi to places of interest, Camh Pagoda, Morning market, White Buddha & Catheral..

I can definitely recommend this hotel, though the room is aging, the view is spectacular! Lots of food options right outside. Beach is just a stone's throw away. Night market just a block away.

There is a mango vendor on bicycle selling sweet mangoes just at the corner, don't miss out.

Good location, clean spacious room but the staff were very rude. I would not stay here again.

従業員はいつもニコニコしていて気持ちが良かったです。部屋の広さもそこそこありいい感じでした。バスルームも窓に面していていましたが、さすがに向かいや周辺から丸見えなのでブラインドはずっと閉じていました。
水回りにはアリがいたので、おやつの食べ残しなどに注意です。
朝食は値段相応でしょう。10種類ほどのおかずと、数種類の果物と飲み物がありました。
帰りは空港まで送迎をお願いすると35万ドンでした。空港からメータータクシーで53万ドンかかったので助かりました。
ホテルはUSDとの両替しかできなかったのでニャチャンセンターでしていました。

免費升級。服務非常好，幫忙致電預約泥漿浴的轉車，服務員懂英文能溝通。海景露台，房間很大有沙發，淋浴用品很好，毛巾清潔。房間清潔衛生，有安全感，很多外國人入住。早餐很豐富多款選擇，所有越南地道食物都有。此酒店感覺非常好，直得推薦給遊客入住。
