This is one of the best hotels of our entire Switzerland trip. The entire hotel is so well run and so visually stunning that it was hard not to notice the attention to detail they put into everything they did. The amenities were extraordinary.
We stayed in the Panoramic Room on the top floor to enjoy the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise and sunset, it truly was the highlight of our trip. I also have to say the staff was incredible. Emilia and Katrin at check-in were so helpful and welcoming, and the waitress who ran breakfast every morning was such a delight. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station, and there is a shuttle service available if needed. Our only regret was we did not get an opportunity to dine at Ovis their onsight restaurant, but the menu looked outstanding.

很喜欢在采尔马特住的这几天，最值得一提的是无敌窗景，在房间就可以一览无余看到马特洪峰。酒店还送了一块小羊造型的香皂，我们没有在山坡上看到小羊肖恩哈哈哈，感觉酒店的小羊造型的元素也很可爱。早餐也不错，很丰富多样，尤其是自己可以榨橙汁，有参与感！位置的话在街的尽头，稍微远离主街，但这更能在每日步行的过程中体验快乐。我很喜欢这家酒店，是一家现代的舒适的酒店。

ツェルマット駅から少し離れており、静かに過ごせたこと。
今回、マッターホルンビューの部屋で予約したが、窓を開ければマッターホルンが見え、バルコニーの椅子に座り、モルゲンロートも夕焼けも見ることができた。バルコニーでは隣の部屋とは仕切りがあるため、バルコニーに出ても、声は聞こえるが、顔が見えることはない。マッターホルンビューであれば、一番右側の部屋が一番見える。左に行くと木々や家の屋根で、全貌が見えない可能性も有り。
部屋は清潔で広く、冷蔵庫やスリッパもあり、快適。
泊まった部屋にはバスタブはなく、シャワーのみであったが、水圧も充分。
シャワーの扉が、全部閉まるタイプではなかったが、少し注意をすれば、外にかからない。洗面台に、羊の形の石鹸が置いてあり、かわいかった。
朝食は、ビュッフェ形式。オムレツも作ってくれ品数も充分。
３泊したが、とてもゆっくりできた。
マッターホルンがよく見える日本人橋は、歩いて5分くらい。ツェルマット駅や、スネガ展望台行きのロープウェイ乗り場は、歩いて15分くらい。

A special thank you to the Front Office Manager Katarin. She proactively checked the availability herself and offered us the opportunity to upgrade to a Matterhorn View Room. Although it was a paid upgrade, it was absolutely worth it and made our stay even more memorable.

She also gave us excellent recommendations that were unique and authentic—not the usual tourist suggestions. Her professionalism, kindness, and local knowledge truly made a difference.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again!

Third visit to this lovely hotel. As always, the staff are great, facilities good and food exceptional. We did half board. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

Great place to stay in Zermatt. The room was clean, convenient, functional and modern. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has great breakfast.

Very clean, modern, spacious for a European hotel room! Accessible spa with your stay. They made it special for our birthdays and anniversary, provided children’s robes and house shoes. It was just such a thoughtful set up and we loved it! Great location! Fabulous breakfast! Brita was very helpful and Nacho was helpful and hilarious!

The property was lovely with stunning views of the Matterhorn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was incredible. They were accommodating and kind. While sitting outside for breakfast, our server noticed that one of the children in the group was cold and ran over with a warm blanket. The staff here could not have been kinder.

Had my family of four, kids (12 and 9) slept on the pullout sofa bed. Lots of room in the room, spacious bathroom, and incredibly pleasant staff.

The highlight might have been that I did not realize we had both breakfast AND dinner included when we booked the reservation. We were hesitant about this because Zermatt had so many amazing restaurants (albeit pricey) that we wanted to try. I cannot overstate how unbelievably positively surprised we were by both the restaurant staff and quality. Dinner rotated daily and offered 5 course meals. I’m not exaggerating to say that every single course throughout our 3 nights blew our mind. There’s also kids options included. Tijana was a standout on the staff.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to any and all.

From the moment we were picked up at the train station until we were dropped back there two days later, every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Our spacious room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet was varied and more than ample. Dinner was delicious.
