Perfect hotel for a stay in zermatt, just the right amount of luxury with out heavy formality.
Pros:

Everything was brilliant, the half board option is highly recommended also as food was a very high standard

Uma grata surpresa em Zermatt
Pros:

Quarto bastante novo, confortável e com uma vista espetacular para o Matterhorn. Funcionários, em especial o Daniel, que nos buscou na estação ferroviária, bastante atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, assim como o bar. Localização excelente, perto de todos os principais pontos de Zermatt

All other stays will be measured against this one, dream trip made even bettter with our stay at Europe hotel.
Pros:

Europe hotel will stand out as my favourite all time hotel experience. It felt like being welcomed as family, such a quaint, warm inviting atmosphere. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend Christmas. Lovely holiday reception and fantastic breakfast daily. The staff was exceptional everywhere, attention to detail and willingness to help for anything we needed. The bar was warm and inviting. The rooms are beautifully appointed with great storage and evenings are SO quiet, magically restful. Our Matterhorn view was AMAZING. The bathroom was spacious, well lit and had great water pressure.!

Cons:

Leaving, I didn’t like leaving.

Two minor comments: we found the rooms very warm, problem solved by opening balcony. The other minor suggestion would be better placement of opaque frosting for a bit more privacy on bathroom door.

Amazing experience!

Absolutely amazing experience!
We came here the second year and already pre-reserved for the next winter season.
Central location, mid way between the main ski lifts, cozy atmosphere, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, highly professional, great value for money!

Nice hotel worth the views. No air conditioning.
Pros:

Room was nice, breakfast with Matterhorn view was good and "Rosa?" gave a nice massage. The spa facility was very basic. This is a minimalist hotel do not expect frills, but I like how it was set away from town just enough where you didn't have to hear the nightlife. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything clean. Rooms with Matterhorn views are priceless.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and if you leave door open for air you will have bugs in your room.
