Great location
Pros:

The apartment was huge and well stocked. The washer and dryer were great. The bathrooms were excellent, good water pressure.
The beds were comfy.
The location was excellent as we could walk to everything.
Check on was easy as was parking.

Cons:

The only thing was that the front bedroom was just above street level so a lot of early morning traffic noise. Would recommend apartments on level 3 for better view and less noise.

Pros:

The location is great, the house keeping did a great job.

Cons:

The apartment walls are thin, and bc the second room (two double beds) is connected to the hallway with the other guests, I could hear all the guests between 9pm-3am as they moved around the hallway.

Amazing Queenstown Gem
Pros:

The Waterfront Queenstown is simply spectacular. Waking up to the sun rising over the mountains and watching the light dance across the lake is an experience I won’t soon forget.

Way better than a hotel
Pros:

Best location, great views from the living room, easy to walk half a block into town. The bathrooms are lovely. We were very comfortable there.

Cons:

After traveling all day with lots of luggage it would be helpful to have some juice, muffins and more than 1 days worth of coffee in the kitchen, also paper towels.

A beautiful stay with great service, stunning views and clean, comfortable rooms, we’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

It was a beautiful place to stay. After arriving, we had an issue with the fridge, so we contacted reception and they organised someone to come out and inspect it. It needed to be fixed the next day, so they moved us into a new room. Bikesh from the reception desk was incredibly helpful — he kept checking in to make sure we were okay and even offered us another fridge to use until we moved rooms.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and the service has been excellent both times. The rooms are always clean and well presented. The second room we stayed in was very updated and renovated, and felt fresh and modern. The first room had an older lounge, while the one we stayed in last year had also been updated and looked great. Hopefully the owners of the remaining units continue upgrading them, as many already have.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Queenstown, make sure you choose this one. It’s close to the road, but it didn’t affect us at all and the view more than made up for everything.

Cons:

Nothing about the apartment itself, the only issue was how some people parked in the downstairs car park. A few drivers didn’t leave enough space for others, which made it harder for everyone. I always tried to park closer to the passenger side so there was room for another car and some people did the same, but unfortunately a few only seemed to think about themselves rather than other guests using the parking area.
