We loved the location and lovely cosy apartment. Friendly helpful staff also.
Pros:

Location was excellent, great view, warm nice, comfortable furniture.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable , too big for comfort, maybe having a choice of sizes might be helpful.

Would definitely be back!
Pros:

Great location very close to town / walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes. The accommodation had everything we needed for a two night stay.

Cons:

Rooms not quite as spacious as I'd thought from the listing but still very comfortable.

Inadequate undercover parking and insistence on a bond payment despite having paid in full. Also quite a lot of noise from adjacent apartments

The apartment made a very relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely recommend this to others.
Pros:

The manager was very obliging and went out of his way to be of assistance. The room was immaculately clean and very well presented. The view was spectacular and the location of the apartment was so close to everything.

Cons:

No complaints about this apartment. The only thing I can say is that the carpark spaces were tight but in saying that I appreciated that these apartments had carparks available.

Excellent location & top quality apartment.
Pros:

Excellent quality penthouse apartment with amazing views of the lake & mountains. Furnished to a very high quality and comfortable bed & sofa. Full well equipped kitchen, we found the tin opener was not working and this was replaced within 15 minutes of mentioning it to the concierge. 2 minutes walk to the town centre and Real NZ office & boat quay.

Possibly the best location in Queenstown
Pros:

The location is excellent - really central with water views. The apartment was neat and nice and had everything we needed. The staff member is based on site which was useful and they were really keen to help out for the little things we asked for - e.g. some extra bin bags

Cons:

The parking was tricky for our big hire car - but at least it is central and reserved. The crockery was small - fine for breakfast but small for dinners - though maybe most people eat out - there are so many options nearby
