景色、部屋の広さは最高！でも、さすがに前の宿泊者の使った食器を片して使用するのはビックリしました。

コーヒーなども追加なし
もちろんベットメイキング、掃除なし
ゴミは全て自分で捨てます
1階のゴミ箱まで自分で持って行きます

マグカップ、コップを使用しようと思ったら、宿泊人数分がなくがっかりして、使用した分を食洗機で洗おうかと思ったら、食器がびっしり入っていて、私達が宿泊する前の人たちが使用した食器がしまわれず、私達が片付けをして使用するという事だったようです。

Relaxing and location made walking into town Centre a breeze.

Great location and fabulous views across road from Lake.

Would have been nice to have fresh milk and a few basic foods in fridge - would be a pleasant welcome as price so high.

Pros:

Excellent check in and lovely apartment, with Fantastic facilities. We found the tin opener to be broken and it was replaced within 30 minutes by reception staff who were very apologetic. Fabulous view over the lake and easy walk into town. Secure parking under the apartments.

Pros:

We stayed in the penthouse, and the view was truly breathtaking. The apartment is perfectly positioned—right in the centre, yet wonderfully quiet in the evenings.

The property offers allocated parking, elevator access, heating, and a well-equipped kitchenette, making it very comfortable overall.

The view is simply magnificent. Have I mentioned that? :)

Paid washing machines downstairs were less than ideal, but ok for a short stay.

This was such a find, right in the heart of Queenstown, it felt like a home away from home.
Pros:

The location is perfect, 100m from the Pier with all its tourist connections, bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and modern with excellent amenities, along with a stunning view of the Queenstown waterfront.

GREAT LOCATION APARTMENT WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

Loved the location as it was close to all main restaurants and bars and Steamer Wharf. The upstairs bedroom was good with a large balcony however pretty useless as you needed to carry wine and food upstairs to enjoy it. Mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. The view was spectacular right across the road from the lake with mountain views. Pure magic. Apartment was stocked with everything you needed. Parking was provided free of charge and undercover. There was an elevator which made lugging your suitcases upstairs to the 5th storey easy.

Cons:

Downstairs bedroom was a shoe box with no ventilation. The downstairs bathroom was a joke it was approx a metre square in size and to get into the toilet you needed to be the size of a small child. The toilet bowl was placed on a 90 degree angle and made it difficult to get in there. If you are a larger person you wouldn't fit. NO air-conditioning!!!! but pedestal fans were provided. It was not serviced unless you stay 7 nights. Whilst the apartment was nice and convienient it did not justify the price charged. We were 4 adults sharing for 3 nights the couple downstairs felt very cheated on level of comfort. too many light switches!!!! Didn't like that the bedroom upstairs had no wall along the staircase so if people downstairs were up watching TV all the light reflected off the walls and into the bedroom and you could hear everything. Not a great lay out.
