Wonderful
Pros:

The patio was a real highlight - beautiful views straight over the water and across to the gardens. It was the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning, watching the sunrise over the mountains and the steam boat coming and going every few hours.

The room itself was spacious, with a good-sized shower and living area, and plenty of room for suitcases without feeling cluttered.

The bed was very comfortable, with clean, crisp sheets that made for a great night’s sleep.

We also really appreciated being accommodated with a slightly earlier check-in, which worked perfectly with our timetable and made our arrival much smoother.

The availibity of self-laundry service was useful.

Cons:

We were slightly confused by the instruction to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it before we left because we couldn't find a dishwasher :D

Very Noisy, old carpet, appliances, liens on the bed, dishes, cutting board, everything is very old, espetially the black carpet.

Pros:

Nice views but I wish we are in other floor to see better views.

Cons:

No washing machine or dryer, dirty towels haven't taken away. No cleaning or replace towels. Rubbish to be taken out to the rubbish bins downstairs as they said they are non serviced apartments. Not impressed.

Great location
Pros:

The apartment was huge and well stocked. The washer and dryer were great. The bathrooms were excellent, good water pressure.
The beds were comfy.
The location was excellent as we could walk to everything.
Check on was easy as was parking.

Cons:

The only thing was that the front bedroom was just above street level so a lot of early morning traffic noise. Would recommend apartments on level 3 for better view and less noise.
