Wonderful buffet breakfast with both asian and western options. Plenty of choices and reasonable price.
Clean and safe. Very convenient because we can take underground path to any major places such as station, department stores, shops and restaurants without heat on the ground in the summer time or rainy days.
The staff was excellentnand the hotel is beautiful. Would definitely stay again
Very clean, stuff are very friendly and location is great
Love the property. In a good area. Staff were great!
This place is pretty good. I’m not familiar with the actual transportation, I don’t give commands for something not certain
Comfortable room with good desk and seating and excellent air conditioning.
Like most Japanese hotels there was no walk-in shower - the shower was over a very deep bath. Very limited eating in options. Reception is on the second floor and there is no doorman service at the entry level.
Great location, clean. Need bit more space for the room.
The hotel chosen by our tour company.
The rooms are very small.
The buffet breakfast was OK.
WiFi was good.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Osaka station. There are many restaurants in the area.
A perfect place to stay, well located, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Safe and a short walk to the train station
Friendly front desk
Was a great experience
One of the staff members in the restaurant does not exhibit an appropriate attitude, and unfortunately, I have to deal with her every day.
The hotel is first class and in a fine location for walking to nice restaurants and the city.
Nice modern hotel about 12 minutes walk south of Osaka / Umeda Station. Take the escalator up from the street to find the huge lobby that overlooks the dining area. There are some fairy tale style decorations in the lobby, not sure why, but they are cute.
The room was a decent sized, my son and I had a twin. Our room rate didn't have breakfast unfortuately. There was a McDonalds nearby though as well as a convenience store.
We had a pleasant 4 night stay, we mostly walked up to Osaka Station to head to USJ, Kobe and Wakayama. It was super hot in September, you were allowed to take one bottle of water per day from reception which was great. They also had salt tablets (tasted like Pocari Sweat) to help with mineral replacement, and cold towels. Nice touch!
The last night there I asked to send our luggage via Yamoto to our next hotel in Takayama. The reception staff were very helpful. We book a few months ahead and the hotel was well-priced.
Large, comfortable rooms - this was probably the largest hotel room of our entire stay in Japan - with views from upper floors. The hotel is very well located to explore Osaka and for excursions to nearby cities (Nara, Himeji, etc.): it is directly connected to Osaka Station, JR lines and the metro by underground passage, convenient on rainy days.
The interior design of the hotel is a bit outdated (think Pretty Woman) and uses too much carpet.
Loved the decor
Rooms were way too small for 2 adults 1 child when the sofa area was setup as the 3rd bed. Cant walk when luggagea are opened up. The booking should have suggested a bigger room size.
Everything but especially its location
Nothing
