This hotel is excellent quality. Checking in and out was seamless. I appreciated the welcome text message before I arrived. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was easy. There was no smell of mold or must. The shower water temperature was consistent. Spacious bathroom. Great lighting. Full size Dove brand products for hair and body and handwashing — including lotion. No charge. We stayed in a suite and appreciated the amenities, microwave, iron and board, wet bar, small fridge and free WiFi. We did not stay for breakfast. Last thing I’ll say is the bed was incredibly comfortable and those pillows were amazing! This will be our place to stay whenever we visit Baton Rouge.

All in all a quite enjoyable stay. It's not home, but really nice nonetheless! Breakfast is nice, bunch of options, coffee downstairs is decent. Room coffees meh...bed could be more comfortable , but the cleanliness of the property os nice, I didn't feel unsafe at all coming in late at night, staff was very kind and accommodating.
Great place to stay overall.

I loved the property. My low rating was due to driving that far based off of them advertising they had an ev charger. When we arrived the ev charger didn’t work, and from what I was told never has.

I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in quite some time, but I highly recommend. Beautiful property with comfortable beds and great breakfast included: pancakes, biscuits, bacon, hasbrowns, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more!

Pros:

We had a very great day. We were in town for a family funeral. We were greeted with Smiles and welcomes upon entering the property. We found the property to be clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and field once it got low up on checkout we were thanked for staying & were told to come back again
