Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. I can't say enough wonderful things about how respectful, helpful, and pleasant they all were.

Cons:

I water slide wasn't open, but that was not in the control of the staff or hotel. It was a weather related issue.

We had a great time. It was clean and comfy. The staff were super nice and the breakfast was good.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our check-in guy was very nice and we were asked how our stay was as we were leaving as well. The waterpark was foggy from the bitter cold outside and the kids thought that was so cool!

I felt ill with disgust the whole time

I was very disappointed

Cons:

The pool shouldn’t be labeled Waterpark I feel horrible I told the kids that it was a water park. The water felt thick and disgusting and the floors were slimy and I feel sick thinking about what all was in there.

The hotel made me cancel due to mechanical issues if the pool. They said they will fully refund but have to get my refund through your company
