Quiet surroundings.close to stores and restaurants..Staff are nice here.

Cons:

The carpeting is very dirty and makes the room smell bad.the tub is rusted and the toilet lid is loose and not safe.the charging ports don't work, only one out of the bunch did.the WiFi is not secure at all.

Ok stay for the money.
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Front desk staff quick, and friendly. The beds were much too firm to be comfortable for my liking, but my daughter was perfectly comfortable. I would probably stay there again if I have to go back to the area.
