Už asi rok a pol postupne sledujem úpadok tohto hotela. Z pôvodne do detailu riadeného hotela sa stáva miesto úpadku. Skriňa v mojej izbe nepríjemne smrdela. Výťahové dvere na 8 poschodí sa zavreli až na ca. 10 pokus. Raňajky boli jeden deň presunuté do provizórnych priestorov, kde nebolo dosť miesta, stále chýbali veci, personál bol v chaose. Problém je upadajúca úroveň profesionality na všetkých úrovniach personálu. Vrchol bol, keď mi pri checkoute podávali platobný terminál, ale mňa našťastie napadlo si skontrolovať v Appke, že som už raz zaplatil. Recepčný sa mi ani neospravedlnil, choval sa ku mne celý čas, ako ku vzduchu. Neodporúčam, v tejto kategórii sú v Pune mnohé, lepšie hoteli.

All good little steam bath must be faster as it takes almost 20-30 min to get proper steam and timer set to 30 min again had to start to get proper steaming other things all good and perfect

I heard a lot of good but the worst part was the food with insects on it

Had a great experience at Sayaji Pune. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Especially staffs Mahesh and Gopal, who had done a great job with house keeping.
