Important information:

The swimming pool and wellness center is closed on Saturdays from 01 December until 15 April, and on Sundays from 16 April until 15 October.

Children under 14 years of age can only access the swimming pool accompanied by their parents. Access to the wellness center is restricted to adults and children older than 16years.

The UVA treatments are available at extra costs.

The wellness center is not included in the price of the stay.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Rent og fint hotell. Veldig hyggelig folk i restauranten.

Cons:

Alt var vel inntil regningen skulle betales. Vi ble avkrevd 25 Euro per person per dag for bruk av svømmebasseng og boblebad. Dette var det ikke informert om av personalet. Prisen er hårreisende gitt fasilitetene (de benevnte det som wellness center!). Men verst var reaksjonen fra resepsjonisten / manageren. Ingen forståelse for at vi stilte spørsmål ved dette. Han sa: «When I was younger I discussed with customers. Not anymore. You pay the bill or I call the police”. Det verste jeg har opplevd fra en hotell manager noen gang! Han gjorde en positiv opplevelse til en svært negativ en.

STREPITOSO RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO
Pros:

Bell'hotel, stanze fresche di restauro, belle e molto confortevoli. Ottima anche la pulizia. Colazione molto buona (peccato aver trovato lo strudel solo una mattina perché era strepitoso)!!

Cons:

La SPA chiude decisamente presto per chi ama lo sci (ore 19:00) ed essendo un servizio a pagamento, ho preferito non usufruirne (dato che tornavo da sciare non prima delle 17:00). La posizione leggermente decentrata dagli impianti ma attaccata alla fermata skibus.

СПА в субботу закрыт, при чём об этом узнала после подтверждения бронирования! Завтраки скудные. За такие деньги ожидала намного лучше все.

Bra hotell överlag men minus för att bastu och spa inte ingick.
Pros:

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med rena rum. God och bra frukost, mycket att välja på. Bra sällskapsytor.

Cons:

Det var dåligt och under all kritik att inte bastun och spa ingick i Bookings bokning. Det kostade 200 kr per person och dag! Detta stod väldigt finstilt längst ner i villkoren, dock inte summan utan bara att det var en extra kostnad. Det var en enorm besvikelse för oss. Hade vi bokat direkt med hotellet hade det ingått i priset.
