Very convenient location for visiting our family locally. Breakfast is very good, staff are nice and friendly. Very comfy bed.
Everything you need
The bed
In the captain suite
Having to be out by 10am
Clean room, decent shower, and staff were pleasant
Bed could have been more comfortable.
Breakfast very average
Good location, helpful and pleasant staff.
Very poor WiFi, not much attention paid to maintenance; usual issues of broken light fittings, loose handles, etc
Location to work. Comfy beds
The golf course offered a vast open space and friendly staff who were very helpful upon our arrival. The other guests were also very polite.
I pre-requested a double bedroom not a twin, understanding it might not always be guaranteed . However, we received a double bed but with two single beds pushed together. A plug socket was situated behind where my head rested. There was also a crack in the bath panel and the shower soap dispenser was empty.
The Bells hotel suits all out needs. Great location friendly staff. Clubhouse is great too
The mattress in room 23 wasnt the best.. otherwise everything else was great
Polite staff excellent
There was nowhere in the shower to put your shower gel, shampoo etc.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite central in the town and close to restaurants and various activities.
I thought it was a little pricey for what it was. I would also like to see more vegan options for breakfast and dinner. I should also point out that the lights by the gate and car park were off, which felt a little unsafe for those walking at night.
Staff were excellent throughout the weekend stay, extremely attentive and helpful. Food was very good throughout for restaurant and event dinner. The menu choice and availability was good.
Although clean the facilities and decor are worn and tired and a refresh and upgrade is really needed because the staff were working so hard to make it a such a great venue and place to stay. The out of date facilities let the hotel down.
Breakfast very good serving a wide range the accommodation was set on a golf course which was well maintained enjoyed
Our room did look as if it needed to be redecorated
