Duroy Hotel

It is really so Bad to reach your hotel after hard flight and very Hot summer weather to find the Frontdesk not completely helpful and its Passed 16:00 pm and you don’t checked in 😇 dissappointed!! and after all that unslerpy exhausted head you finally took the room the corridor is not clean, darky with dirt overthere and the room is in second floor with very Bad view and Not enough cleany.
What A Bad experience Waiting for you!!!

Nice hotel!! Clean room, all the staff are friendly, especially lea the beautiful lady who admired me with her gorgeous smile and her shining face , also the location is good , I recommend this hotel with a special thanks to the manager ali who helped me with everything and made my stay very comfortable, while following daily my stay, and checking on me .

The hotel offers excellent service in a fantastic location. The customer service was highly professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location is a significant bonus. My only suggestion would be to include complimentary drinking water in the rooms for added convenience.

The hotel is fairly good, but does not have a microwave in the room, and the heating ventilation was not convenient.

TERRIBLE BREAKFAST

great location and clean rooms. prices are good and affordable. internet is available for free . receptionists are friendly and helping. the breakfast is good. valet parking is also available any time

Das service war sehr schlect und viel staub und schmutz in zimmer . Es hat mir uberhaubt nicht gefallen

As much as I want to write something good about this property I couldn’t find any first of all for I stayed 6 days the electricity will be cutting off every hours the first day or two hardly we had electricity( they said they are in the stage to replacing generator and Farnk tomorrow everything will be fine but it’s not)
the bathroom it’s really smell
Everything in the rule it’s really old style

The shocking part that 2 times the Receiption denied my reservation that was a confirmed Expedia paid reservation. Then after long diathermy did let me check in.
The TV was not working.. the safe was closed and the said you have to wait till tomorrow.. upon my insistence they found some one to open it

I was in this hotel for 5 nights, honestly I saw it's 4 starts, but i can't give even half a start only for it's location. other wise the front desk is not professional, doesn't know how to treat a client.
- room is very small and decoration is very very bad I asked nicely can I change the room, they said no this is what you have choose, they would nicely agree and ask for extra money this is the pro does. but they don't even smile etc.
- and I had to renew my room key every day with out they bothering I have 5 nights. etc.
-the TV is very small and there no space for it so it look like it's hidden can't even use it,
- the balcony is not on the city view it's only on Electric generator and can't open it and take clean air and you can measure a lot of issues in this hotel.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good but the staff at the reception were very rude and moody especially the lady. It would be ideal to have someone at the reception who can atleast speak English
