Location and car park

Cons:

I wasn’t the only one in the room. There were lots of cockroaches and I did bring this to the staff.

Could easily stay here for an extended period as it has all the cooking facilities etc
Pros:

The room was very clean and modern. Looks as though it has recently been renovated.

Quiet, clean stay. Slept well.
Pros:

It was clean, looked recently refurbished. Very quiet. Air con worked well.

Cons:

Lack of utensils for eating. I prefer places with 24hr reception but it was very well organised, with signage and clear instructions.

Pros:

Location was good, close to a venue we had show to see.

Cons:

Reception hours were very poor, shower head was so big that even if ya didnt want your head wet, there was no chance of having a shower without it getting wet.
There was no cuterly or plates etc so you couldn't eat a meal there.
Beds were really uncomfortable, so sleep was poor

It was all good (except the TV didn't work the 1 time we wanted to use it)
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, parking and decor.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard for me, no towel rack in bathroom and the tv didn't work/ was not set up (needed an email address to register it and a process to go through), so couldn't watch AO women's final.

Pros:

Room were very modern and clean.
The outdoor lounge common area is stylish and a lovely place to have our morning coffee and read a book
The self-check-in and key collection were super easy.
The staff were very friendly and happy.

Pros:

Price and location - less than 10 minutes walk to The Tivoli. Small room, but exactly what I needed. I didn't want to pay extra for larger room

Pros:

The bed head was dirty and a bit off putting. The bathroom was clean but small. No lifts is hard with luggage. Great location, close to the city and southbank. We will be back i’m sure.

Not good , perhaps without dust the facilities would have been good with coffee making and hairdryer
Pros:

Location was reasonably good considering the distance from Brisbane CBD, about ten minutes walk to major railway station valley and its basic shopping center.

Cons:

The two nights of what of a room with vacuum cleaner dust throughout the whole room , the first night needed to switch on the air conditioner full fan with window open to try remove some of the dust . Had considered taking a pillow and sleeping on concrete pavement ! The next day alerted the desk manager and she tried to dust down the room, but the contaminant throughout the bedroom was extensive
