Niestety rezerwując pobyt dla kilku osób w kilku pokojach wystąpiły problemy przy ich samodzielnym zameldowaniu przy pomocy kiosku. W godzinach pracy obsługa jak najbardziej pomaga, ale przy późniejszym zameldowaniu gdy nie ma obsługi na miejscu może dojść do sytuacji, że komuś nie uda się ostatecznie zameldować.

Przydzielono inny pokój niż w zaproponowej ofercie, ciemny nawet światło elektryczne go nie doświetli. W łazience zalany sufit.Śniadania monotonne tylko wędliny z warzyw ogórek i pomidor.

Pros:

Good location, very beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing. The lady serving breakfast even ran to the local shop to get me soya milk. She ordered in vegan yoghurt and gluten free bread. Could not have asked for a better service and all with a smile.

There was nothing to dislike.

Bardzo przyjemny. :)
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, chociaż czasami w nocy troszkę głośno...ale tki urok jak się jest przy samym deptaku (nie było to uciążliwe). Parking niedaleko i niedrogi, samoobsługowy, zamykan na szlaban. Dobra lokalizacja do wypadu na Starówkę. Na śniadanie serwowane przepyszne i świeże croissanty (moje ulubione to te z czekoladą). :)

Cons:

Myślę, że do śniadania możnaby dodać opcję zamówienia dania na ciepło...do wyboru jakiś rodzaj jajek (smażone, jajecznica, omlet), parówki etc.

Найкраще рішення, якщо необхідно зупинитися у старому місті, і якщо ви прибуваєте вночі, вас завжди зустрінуть)

Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum. Die Fußgängerzone liegt direkt davor. Trotz sehr großer Hitze war es im Zimmer angenehm kühl.
