Pros:

Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t have your own transportation.

This is my second time where my booking was not captured by hotel when using hotel.com. end up spending a very long time at check-in counter.

Not worth the money spent
Pros:

This hotel is designed with rainforest theme. The concept is very good and attractive. I believe when this hotel first opened, everything is great. As time goes by, in-experience management and staffs with lack of standard maintenance, the facilities deteriorate and no tourists will come back for second visit.
The first Chalet room we checked in was horrible. One of the chairs have shown sign of termite damage. The refrigerator is not clean. However, the housekeeping staff is friendly and react quickly to the refrigerator issue. We switched to the second chalet room and was better in shape.
The water park and swimming pool condition kept my children from even trying to jump in and have fun with the water.
On the bright site, dinner and breakfast were great. The resort tour is good!

Nice view to the forest
Pros:

It was nice to come to this hotell or maye its more like a resort. The road up all the hills was for our car a chalange. No problem checkig in, then we went for a walk in the rain forrest, on wooden walkway we ended up in the lagoon in the jungle. It was nise, svimming and went back for dinner in the TreHill resturant. All included this was Nise. Day two we where at the pool, and anopter treim around in the area. Lots of things to do and if like us, didn want to do anythig except sitting lokking at the trees.
