Extremely disappointing and not as advertised.

Not much…

Cons:

The AC didn’t work so the room was too hot. There were many mosquitos. The dj was super loud playing to an empty room. You had to go to the bar to get service as there were many staff talking or on their phone, ignoring guests. The breakfast was so dire - dried out food that was totally unappealing.

Check in every slowly..we are long travel 😞 but really take long time half hour waiting check in..and there no more guess just we 4 ..

Awesome Three Weeks!
Fantastic stay made (almost felt like home) by the hotel’s amazing staff—Maureen, Mary, Liz, Gladwell, Victor, Teresia, Peris, Tessy, and Jacob. Their professionalism and warmth made stay comfortable and easy.

Keep up the smile means alot!!

Excellent Hotel!!
Pros:

I was a chaperone with a group of high school students from the United States. The employees at the PrideInn Westlands were fantastic and super nice to all of us and made us all feel so welcome. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, which all the students enjoyed. Great experience and would highly recommend!
