Excellent service, fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing, always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar / restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The location is also excellent for getting around Nairobi

Fantastic
Pros:

The property was well appointed. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods. The restaurant meal I had was delicious. By far the staff was welcoming, professional, willing to help in any way! I would highly recommend this place.

Extremely disappointing and not as advertised.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work so the room was too hot. There were many mosquitos. The dj was super loud playing to an empty room. You had to go to the bar to get service as there were many staff talking or on their phone, ignoring guests. The breakfast was so dire - dried out food that was totally unappealing.
