Frustrating stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is well located near shops and bars. I only ate one meal at the restaurant but it was very good (that’s from the á la carte menu, unfortunately the bufet breakfast was not so good).

Cons:

Firstly, there is nothing boutique about this hotel - box standard, every room is the same. Unless by boutique they mean small. The thing that ruined my stay is the fact the reception staff seems to have no control over what is happening: my friend and I booked this hotel at the same time, each from own mobile app but standing side by side - upon arrival my booking was fine, but they had no record of her booking. The reception tried to send her to a sister hotel, because they run out of rooms. They managed to sort it out eventually, but we arrived after a long journey and didn’t need the stress.
Later they couldn’t get their guest, who were having a karaoke sing off at the restaurant way beyond bed time, under control - not what you expect from a decent hotel.

Also, other than a restaurant and a bar, there is nothing else at the hotel, no massage, no spa, no gym.

Cons:

Restauracja hotelowa. Najmniej smaczne i najdroższe jedzenie, jakie jadłam w trakcie 2 tygodni w Kenii. Kelnerka zblazowana.
