Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet area of the city center. The staff were competent, dedicated, and always willing to help. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good, and free parking was available right in front of the hotel. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois, au cours de notre voyage, de passage à Nairobi. Personnel professionnel, veillant aussi à la sécurité des voyageurs. Chambre très propre, literie confortable, eau gratuite et douche à l’italienne. Le restaurant est très bien et certains soir il y a une animation musicale très agréable.
Ce qui peut être amélioré : le petit déjeuner, moins qualitatif que les prestations du restaurant.

Although I wouldn't say the restaurant was bad, I just wish the food was better because if it was, my stay would have been 10/10. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that do a fab job.

Great hotel with a good location in Westlands. Rooms were spacious and modern, with all sorts of services (AC, TV, water boiler, fridge, fully equipped bathroom...). Breakfast was varied and served in a spacious location, optionally in an outdoor terrace. The hotel had its own restaurant (Sayari) which offered a broad menu for lunch and dinner, and even social activities in the evening. Importantly, the hotel had security through the entire day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would repeat in another trip to nairobi!

Everything was excellent,we both loved and enjoyed our stay from the lovely mocktails ,amazing veggie samosas and to the warm beds ..Super grateful to the entire team that looked after us 🙏
Everything was perfect there, starting from the staff and ending with the excellent 24h restaurant. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities needed.
