Pros:

La atención de todo el personal del hotel es excelente! Siempre atentos a las necesidades de los pasajeros. La pileta del piso 39, el desayuno, el servicio de playa, la gente de la recepción, todo de primera! Gracias a todos los que trabajan con tanta pasión en el hotel y nos hicieron pasar unos días excelentes!!!

Fui muito bem recebido pelo pessoal da recepção,segurança e do serviço de praia.o fato de não ter nenhum aviso sobre não estar incluso o café da manhã me deixou chateado,a piscina de cima estava insuportável de quente,pedi várias vezes para abaixarem a temperatura e não fui atendido,vários hóspedes pediram e não houve resposta.
