Pros:

The staff were amazing, particularly the evening restaurant staff. Beds comfortable and great shower.
Pool was great and location so handy near mall and old phuket town.

Cons:

Pillows were pretty awful, and breakfast was a bit disappointing so we skipped eating there for breakfast.

Le service au restaurant à été déplorable, nous avons commander une première fois, on reviens 30mn aprèspour nous dire que ce n'est pas disponible, nous recommandons, 30mn plus tard rebelote, ensuite une heure d'attente pour avoir les plats, plus de 2h avant d'étre servis
Dommage que l'hotel soit situé relativement loin de tout, il vaut mieux viser la partie Ouest de Phuket qui est plus active et sympa
